Food is great sometimes, sometimes it’s like nobody knows how to cook there. If the older woman is cooking you’ll get the best fries ever. Their hours are random at best, busy summer friday night’s they are usually closed leaving only Subway for a fast food fix. Better management and some consistency would go a long ways for the potential of this place. Heck look at the sign, they leave the hours off of it completely so it’s always just a guess as to if you can get food there or not.

I loved getting to know the staff…its important to have a good standing relationship with the people who make your food, and while most of the staff were high schoolers, there were a couple, well one in particular, that went above and beyond each time I had the pleasure of being served by them! And it’s people like him that demonstrate what it takes to thrive in the business of serving people! He was always friendly, down to earth, humble, helpful, courteous, and polite with Grace! I’m sad that this dairy queen is closed now because that means I’ll no longer get to see his face handing me my food, and I also will no longer get the convenience of enjoying dairy queen food less than a mile away from my house. For a while they fed me and my family 4 days a week!

Was tempted to give 3 stars because their hours can seem spurratic and random… they are not open late enough and often close early. It’s frustrating, but they have a few employees that really redeem this place. Especially the thin young man who works often. He is always cheerful and his cutomer service is outstanding! The food here is good, I’ve never been disappointed

Northern Tracy every time I get one Pleasures this Timeless chocolate again there’s no chocolate flavor you can’t taste like rubber and I’m not very happy and I know I have time of the brownie the food is good good after I get down there that one sister she’s got a big mouth on her the owner is okay you are my feet back and you got it they can have their pleasures I’m going to McDonald’s or something get ice cream

took three times to get the order right, and they still charged. the cook got pissed that I wanted them to redo the order instead of deal with what they gave us, they’ve also double charged my credit card on one occasion.
