If you don’t want to work somewhere, quit. The staff was ok with the exception of one person. Bad attitudes really turn me away from places. It’s a shame because the food really is good. We only have great experiences here. It might sound cliche, but one bad apple really does ruin the bunch.

This 5 Star review is coming from a low carb person and I loved my meal there today. The staff was friendly and very interactive to ask customers dining there tonight. I ordered the Ruben without the bread. Pictured was the medium size. It had a great portion of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss. It was hot and put into a nice to-go container with 1000 Island on the side. My daughter had the Dagwood with turkey, salami, and American cheese. We took the salami off so she could eat it rolled up and she ate the turkey sandwich. Great dining experience tonight and I loved my meal! I’ll definitely be going back to get this again and try their other sandwich options low carb!

Food as usual very good. My problem is the staff at this location. No greeting no smile. Completely ignored by the cook mostly. Person after me asked about items that are popular. Cook walks away. Just an overall unwelcoming feeling. I will not be returning to this location. Like I said food is always great at all locations but the service has to match the quality in food.

Sandwich was made incorrect. No pizza sauce & no mushrooms. It was to go, and I was 45 minutes away when I discovered it. I emailed them to resolve it, but I never heard back. The man working the grill was rude when I was trying to pay for my food. I slid my card but it didn’t go thru (it was a machine malfunction) so he not so nicely said “it didn’t go thru try it again” so this time I tapped it and he actually got loud and said “Tap doesn’t work slide it” funny enough Tap worked and it went thru.

First visit to PSECS, was nice to try a different chain of subs restaurants, my server Magnolia did a good job explaining the menu and taking my order, prices a little higher than the competition but probably better subs. Not too busy by the early evening hours, facility was fairly clean, I would visit again.

The store closes at 8pm so I tried to call in an order AR 7:40pm so I could pick up and go home. The phone rang 20 times as I was driving to the store. I hung up and tried to call back and got a busy signal. I walked in the store at 7:58 and the said store closed. I said I tried to call in the order and they said we don’t answer the phone up to an hour before close. Seems lazy.

Penn station has always been a favorite, but I hadn’t been to one in a couple years. This location was clean, quick, and friendly. As soon as one of the employees was finished with their order and didn’t have someone else to wait on, they were sweeping the store or replacing chairs, etc. The sandwich I got (Chicken Cordon Bleu) was well made, the chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the flavor was great. The fries, as always, were fresh and excellent, perfectly crispy and salted just right.
