Horrible ,the chicken was soggy there wasn’t any seasoning at all! so was the fries , as well as no Cole slaw or bread included in my chicken platter I paid for 3 cans of Pepsi and only 1 was added this place sucks I called the store because uber eats refused my refund and they were rude! 0-10

dont let the appearance fool you, the area and appliances are well organized, the food is made freshly, within view. the man who took our order (Nasir) was very polite and friendly
the establishment is reminiscent of an in shop street vender. i definitely recommend this place for people that enjoy delicious street food that is fresh and filling
i ordered the two piece tilapia and fries, The fish is perfectly fried golden and crispy, the fries are immaculate, and the seasoning is delicious. I can’t find anything wrong with this establishment 10/10 will be ordering from here again

The owner was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. I told him I was in town visiting and that Wilkinsburg is my hometown but I live in FL. He was so kind and asked about how we did during the recent hurricane that had just passed. We exchanged information because I told him he’d be a huge hit here in central Florida. You gotta try this place. I had to buy six of the seasoning cups because it’s delicious and I can’t find it here.

When I was in Pittsburgh back in November of 2023 a family member had Penn’s chicken at a function. So when I returned this past weekend, July 2024 I had to stop by for more. I called and placed an order for 40 pieces of whole wings fried and large family fries. The guy who took order over phone was nice, gave total and time it’ll be ready.
I got there in 20 minutes as instructed and chicken was being pulled from grease. The staff member boxed and bagged me up.
I have no photos because my family and I (12people) tore the food up.
Definitely recommend. The atmosphere is blah, but the food and service was amazing.

Truly the sweetest man ever works here! Food is delicious and cooks quickly. The prices are so low that it almost feels like theft. If that wasn’t enough I got extra fish and fries with my meal for free! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
