This was our first time at The Penalty Box. We’ve driven past it hundreds of times and finally found time to stop.
And we are so glad we did!
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The place is amazing! The food was incredible. We had pizza and wings and when you have to force yourself to stop that speaks volumes!
Prices are very reasonable. Like I said already the employees are just so nice and efficient.
We will definitely be back. A great place to have a drink, enjoy a good meal, and meet new people and perhaps new friends.
I would have taken more pictures but I don’t think it’s appropriate to have pictures of families without their consent in review pics.

I passed the Penalty Box everyday on my way to work, very interested. “Let’s check it out”! I ordered a cheeseburger with hand cut fries. We eat with our eyes first , so the presentation was good. The cheese burger was big and well cooked. The bun could have been better toasted but It was a very tasty burger. The hand cut fries were on point. The 22oz draft was cold. Service was excellent.

I was so looking forward to finally trying the Penalty Box. We arrived, it was seat yourself. We asked the one server on the floor if we could sit at one of the high tops at the bar, and she said of course, one of the bartenders will be right with you. We sat there for 15 minutes, and no one even acknowledged us. We got up, left, and will never come back. Completely unacceptable.

Really been enjoying this place since it reopened! Be aware, when they get slammed, it can be slow, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Staff is very friendly, food is affordable, and well portioned. Daily specials. Burgers great, my partner ordered the wings crispy and loved them.

Probably won’t be returning – last several times the service has been very slow. Our waitress took forever to notice I needed another drink and then never brought the drink – I had to get another waitress to remind our waitress that I ordered a drink about 20 minutes prior. Meanwhile I watched our waitress ask people at the bar if they needed another drink and get them a drink, but not get my drink – very frustrating. Then when we got home we noticed our waitress didn’t even give us happy hour prices on our drinks.
