We had a wonderful experience. It was a cooler day of 77 and we really enjoyed sitting at the picnic tables and playing connect 4.

Went by to try the new fall flavor Pumpkin Spice. It was delicious!! Going to go back this week and try the Cinnamon Roll flavor. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

Soft, cool, delicious. Much more like snow than the ice you’d get from a truck. Loved that the menu had dye free options! Def coming back whenever on this side of town.

Drove 45 minutes because the listed hours said they are open. They’re not. They apparently don’t open for another week. The employee who answered the phone said they “keep changing” the hours online and supposedly someone changes it back. Convincing huh? I know it’s really difficult but it is their responsibility to maintain. I wasted time and gas for no reason. This is one of the many reasons there are fewer and fewer pelican ice locations around, apparently they only hire people that can’t handle basic management tasks. Normally wouldn’t care because it’s just ice but my child had their tonsils out and it’s the only thing they wanted. I probably won’t waste my time or money at this business again. In this economy if they don’t care about the little details they won’t be around for much longer.
ETA: In the few minutes it took me to write this review someone has taken the two minutes required to update their hours. Why anyone would suggest a change on a closed business is just silly. I don’t think that was true, they just didn’t do their job to begin with.
ETA: Well, it’s been a week and not one person came on here and changed the temp closed hours. It’s a miracle! Nope,# not really, I was just lied to by the owner. They didn’t have the proper hours listed and failed to update them. Lying over small things is pretty childish. It’s the main reason I even left a review at all.

Hayley and Abby are the best. I’ve never felt so welcome and comfortable at a food service location before! They were both so helpful when I was inquiring about flavors, and always had a smile on their faces! Snowballs were also a 10/10, ice was perfectly shaved, and the amount of syrup on my snowball was perfect! Will definitely be returning to this location!
