Horrible and the manager was a black lady who was very rude. I work for DoorDash and went to pick up an order that had 2 apple pies. I WAITED 15 minutes and still no apple pies!! Disgraceful. Do your job better no one asked you to work at McDonald’s. If you’re going to be rude and miserable then work somewhere else. AFTER 15 MINUTES I FOUND OUT SHE DIDNT EVEN PUT THE APPLE PIES IN THE FRYER!! WHAT A SICK JOKE!! Horrible horrible manager. What a disgrace.

staff is very rude. there was about 6 people “working” but only ONE person which was a manager (i assume as he had a collared shirt) who was wearing a dark green shirt was working his a$$ off while the teenagers was talking about how high they was and leaning all over the front counter, a girl was chewing on a spoon at the front counter, playing with their hair and touching items. i really would like to contact corporate because that was the worst experience i have ever had at a fast food restaurant.

I very rarely write non 5 star reviews. I normally love McDonalds. This place served me very old food. Way past time it should have been thrown out. Then, when it was replaced it was really burnt, presumably because the oil hasn’t been cleaned or changed in quite a while. The staff was standing around and goofing off with each other. The lobby was trashed. I am very disappointed. The owner needs to take a round turn on this location. But I guess given that it is attached to a Walmart, they are making their money so why try hard to give the customers quality, service, value, or cleanliness?

So clearly this location runs by its own rules. 2 girls who were clearly staff came in asked for food verbally at the counter and walked out before me. I’m glad Romeo is so popular but I sat and waited for my food for another 20 minutes after I paid. I love mcdonalds but i quit coming here several months back. It will never happen again!

Ordered my sandwich and side of eggs 10 mins ahead of time i walk in theres nobody waiting for food besides 2 other people All the manager sat there and did was play on her phone and complain the cook was taking to long, the cook also said he was falling behind on orders and she said to him “thats not my problem you should figure it out” then continues to play on her phone in front of customers all while throwing everyones food on the counter and proceeds to hand out soggy hash browns because she cant wait to cook them long enough god forbid it takes 30 seconds away from your phone. This place is consistently slow. Average 20-30 minutes to get your food dine in and and 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

It was awful the cashier had his ear buds on and looking at his phone they gave me the wrong order I guess the cashier didn’t hear me with his earbuds on, the woman who gave me my food didn’t give me my fries she said I didn’t say fries when I told her my order was wrong the dining area was a mess the workers were the worst I have seen in a long time they need to be retrained or work somewhere else that don’t have to deal with customers

Today, signs say: no ice and no ice cream. This site also does not give receipts anymore (last couple months), floor always dirty, but table tops looked ok. Service seemed attentive and polite. Order was correct and fast! Waaaay better than McDs down street.
