Friendly staff, no wait, clean tables. They have plenty to keep you and your kids entertained. They have a drive thru service, so no need to get out just make sure you get extra napkins! It’s not too dangerously close to the highway, but the sounds from the highways are a little annoying. The only thing I’m wishing for is a public restroom and some kind of outdoor covering to keep me out of direct sunlight. I also believe their hours vary my month or seasonally. Overall, great and consistent Pelicans experience!

My daughters favorite place! They can’t keep consistent hours though and it’s frustrating! We are sitting here right now and they are closed with no hours anywhere on the building. My daughter is upset. It’s no big deal, she’s got to learn to handle disappointment but with the same company again and again? Idk.

Drove all the way from Myrtle Beach on a Monday and got here at 1:30, the sign CLEARLY says open “monday-saturday 12-9”. Not only were they closed, but online AND in the voicemail it says they open at 12 on monday’s and that the Garden City location is closed until summer. HIGHLY disappointed.

I’ve never been disappointed with pelicans ordered 2 kiddies to go didn’t get the upsized cups and then we were eating our snowball and over half of our cup has no flavor just ice.

Came by a few days ago and snoball was over flowing. I don’t understand why the store doesn’t upsize cups or make the snoball tops smaller so it’s not over flowing and making a mess in peoples cars. There has been multiple occasions when the ball of snoballs have toppled over and land onto peoples cars because of the ball being too big. When I’d come through there would be either too much syrup or not enough or the ice would be hard and be more of a snocone then a snowball. Some nights the lights are off and the place looks empty.

The ice is shaved so finely and perfectly no chunks or clumps. The flavors are amazing anytime we pass one we have to go and its a favorite stop on our way to the beach. Try all the flavors one by one as they are all amazing. the kiddie size is actually enough but I always get a regular which is huge and a kiddie and My hubby, Son and I share. So delicious and makes a great treat to cool down to. Sorry we tried to take pictures but we smashed it!!!!

Me and my husband got together in July of 2020 and we live 5 mins away so we started getting snoballs all the time it became our thing. On the night he proposed we got some, when I lost my grandfather he got me one, on the good and bad days we’ve gotten snowballs and if we could have afforded them we would have had them at our wedding so for that you get a 5 star review! Not only are they delicious but they mean a lot to us! Even our dogs have enjoyed them! Thank you for giving us our thing! Picture of our engagement snow cones! Little did I know I’d be getting proposed to later that night so he was trying to fit all of our favorite things in one day!

Great snow cones. A little overpriced but I still get one every now and then. Have not been since last summer, when I went and the cashier was asleep at the window lol. But I went recently and the cashier was super friendly and quick. I really enjoy the watermelon, its my fave.
