Slow service (25 minutes plus in the drive through at lunch), they gave my food to someone else by accident which I get things happen, but continued to make other customers food instead of remaking my order right away, and the lady with blue hair (I believe the manager) has a smart attitude problem. When I told her how long I had been waiting, in a normal tone mind you, and had to come in to get my own food instead of someone bringing it out like they said, her response was, “Mmmm I hate that for you”. For real?? My attitude problem also came out after this, but anyways… service sucks from the faded blue haired chick. That’s all.

Bagels were laying out in the open nothing covering it and the associate that was making my order threw my bagel in a bag without a sleeve to cover it. When I asked about it I got an attitude from the guy.

Stopped in for dinner and both got “you pick 2” broccoli & cheese is one of our go to soups here, and she tries the cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich and I tried the asiago tuscan crunch sandwich , we both enjoyed our meal and shared a drink (I mean if you swap spit why not share a drink) tried the raspberry tea next to the family favorite of Dr.Pepper and the tea was a good pairing with our soup & sandwich meal. ️ we have an apple and a bag of chips left for later. We like Panera Bread and have been eating it since first trying it in ATL,GA decades ago…

Based on previous reviews i would say this Panera has worked towards improving cleanliness. When we visited everything seemed cleaned.
Service was not ideal as I believe they are pushing for customers to order at the kiosk but it would be nice to be attended at the register.
Food was not too bad.

This is my go to spot for coffee, tea, and friendly casual chit chat. Olivia and Ali run a tight ship and they have a great crew! Friendly, fast service with a smile. Great place for a quick break or even some remote work. I highly recommend!

Your standard Panera with great service. This location was very clean.
Got a pack of bagels to-go. Order was well packed with 2 tubs of cream cheese, napkins, and a knife for each bagel. With tips and taxes came out to be around $20, very reasonable.

I frequent Panera Bread restaurant on Zeirdt Rd 3 to 4 times a week. I am a rewards member, and I have spent a good bit of money at this establishment.
On 10/1/25 at 6.55 a.m I purchased a breakfast sandwich and a Chicken Pesto Dipper. I was told the dipping soup is not prepared until 9 or 10 a.m.
However, the day prior I ordered the same food items, I received the dipping soup with no problem.
After being told I couldn’t get the soup, I asked if the price would change or can I receive something that replaces the soup; I was told no, but i would still be charged the same price.
As much as I spend I should have received a replacement item or given a discount.
I will share this experience with others and I will no longer give my money to this establishment.
Thank you, K. Garner, unsatisfied customer.
P.S: my breakfast sandwich was burnt.

Ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel to go, after I was on the road I saw they gave me an everything bagel. Also, why can’t I add an egg to my bagel?? They w wanted me to buy a bagel, then an egg sandwich with no bread! Won’t be returning!

Abigail was fantastic! She greeted us and had a big smile on. Brittany, the cashier was the complete opposite. No smile, no thank you. Chicken BLT with avocado and tomato soup was amazing. The Black Bean soup was bland and cold.

$10 for a sandwich a tiny bit bigger than a credit card. Not only that, there was barely any filling. Service is fine, but the food at Panera is rapidly going downhill. Do not waste your money.
