First time coming here this season… I’m not sure what is being done differently but the ice is rock hard and in chunks…. It was nothing but liquid and hunks of ice. Definitely not the way it used to be.

What an awesome place. Over 100 flavors made it so hard to decide! We cant wait to make this an every week thing over the summer! The staff was nice and worked fast. They had a huge line and took care of the customers promptly. Kids also had fun playing in the back with the corn hole! 5 stars definitely, would give more if I could.

This was my first time going and I must say I loved it. They have over 100 flavors with endless combinations. The flavor stays throughout the entire time I ate it. Most places the favor runs out quickly but this one lasted. I will definitely go again.

Horrible experience today during lunch. My family went to Pelicans to enjoy lunch since we noticed it was empty. Once I realized that the tables were reserved for customers I told my family that we could get snowballs for desert.
While praying someone in the store came out and told us that the tables were for customers only.
After finishing our meal I waited at the order window to find out what they said. I tried to explain that I was going to be a customer after we ate and that generalizing is not good. She refused to listen to my side and concern. Instead she gave me a card and closed the window on me.
