I love this location. I think the food and service are adequate for a restaurant like this. But you can see Oklahoma from across Lake Texoma.

We loved this spot. Enjoyed it so much we came back again after just a few days. It’s a simple menu thats done with pride and you can’t beat the view out back.
We’ll be sure to stop in and eat whenever we stay in Thousand Trails Texoma.

I usually don’t write reviews, but never IN MY LIFE have I had this bad of an experience at a restaurant. When I ordered, the server didn’t even bother asking if I wanted any drinks or appetizers, she just skipped straight to asking me what I wanted. When she asked me, she was extremely rude and would interrupt me every single time. But the service quality was nothing like the food. The food was the worst tasting food I have ever tasted in my life. My wife and I ordered a Landing Burger and a Pepperoni pizza. The burger was okay; a little dry but whatever, the fries that came with were very soggy. And the pizza, oh don’t get me started, was horrible. First of all, the ingredients here taste extremely cheap and isn’t worth anything near the already overpriced price. The pizza tasted like it just came off the floor. Overall, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. DO. NOT. GO. HERE!!!

Linda the coordinator for private birthday party with band went beyond great services. Getting us in early for decorating, helping and suggestions, she was great. Presentation of food, set up, and friendly wait staff was 5 star.

I came in a few months ago and honestly I wasn’t even going to say anything, but the experience stuck with me. I was just sitting at the bar, minding my business, enjoying my drink, when all of a sudden there was a loud commotion behind the counter. From what I could tell, it was the manager arguing with one of the bar employees. At first, I thought it was just a quick disagreement, but it escalated fast. The manager came storming out from the back cussing loudly not just at the employee, but in front of customers too.
It was uncomfortable. People were literally turning around in their seats. Instead of handling whatever the issue was privately, he chose to yell and use profanity in the middle of a packed bar. At one point he even snapped at a customer who looked confused about what was going on.
The whole vibe of the place completely shifted. What started as a chill evening turned tense and awkward. No one wants to relax somewhere that feels chaotic and unprofessional. Honestly, it left a bad impression. Management sets the tone, and that night it felt messy and disrespectful. Not somewhere I’d recommend if you’re looking for a good atmosphere.

My husband and I went here on the 21st. It started off good. We ordered and our food was, at the very best, decent. We decided to get our drinks to-go and the server went back and got us refills to-go. I opened up my drink and found mold in the ice. Disgusting. My husband just wanted to leave, so we didn’t say anything and left. If it wasn’t for the mold, this place would’ve deserved more stars.

Pelican Landing offers a mixed dining experience, with some highlights and areas for improvement. The restaurant’s setting is one of its strongest points, providing a lovely view that adds to the overall ambiance.
As for the food, it was generally okay. The fried green tomatoes in corn meal were a disappointment and didn’t quite hit the mark. On the brighter side, the BLT and grilled chicken sandwich were both tasty and well-prepared, making them safe bets if you decide to visit. The onion rings also stood out as a solid choice, and the chili was enjoyable as well.
One downside to our visit was the service. The food took a considerable amount of time to arrive, and the service was notably slow. This might be a consideration if you’re in a hurry or looking for a quick meal.
Overall, if you’re in the area—which doesn’t have many other dining options—Pelican Landing is worth a try for its view and a few standout menu items. Just be prepared for a potentially slow service experience

I have to say, the best way to get to this place is via the lake but have driven to it in the past. It was a stellar weather day, so we launched the boat and headed to Cedar Mills where we docked and headed to Pelican’s Landing. It just happened to be Thirsty Thursday so the place was busy! The menu is extensive so we will have to make more trips to try the various fair. We opted for draft bear and queso Dias with chicken; Amazing! One of the servers had the wrong table and tried to serve us the chicken tenders basket, it was tempting cause it looked so good but we let ’em know that was not our order.

Service sucked went there a couple weeks ago this older man seemd ti be manager was crashing out and cussing at customers. Being a huge baby with an attuide like that. On top of the food I order a steak being not even fully cooked. You call yourself a restaurant and can’t cook a decent steak right. Atmosphere was trash as well
