I agree with the other review made. The lady was rude. I used eat24 to order online at 7:35pm on a Monday night….it is now 9:47pm, no food.
Here is the scoop:
I called the restaurant 1 hour and 30 min after I ordered. I understand sometimes places are busy so I have been patient with them. However, some rude lady said they were busy and it was on its way. 2 hours later still nothing. Note this place is 15 min from me….there is 0 traffic at this time.
I contacted eat24 about the ordered and they were very pleasant. They called the restaurant and they were told the order was “on its way”. They would take 20 min… Now I have been very patient with this restaurant on 3 occasions but each time they have been getting progressively worse. Thankfully I did not give them my credit card this time…
They have lost my personal business and my co-workers, dedicated customers ordering weekly, after this experience.
Do yourself a favor and order from a place that will actually care about your order.
