Half the reviews for this buffet is about the bathroom smell and I agree. There is a hint of toilet here and there. But if you don’t think too hard, it’s not there. Most of the food was good! The fried rice and thin noodles had a strange taste but 1, don’t eat it, or 2, eat it with other stuff and you won’t even notice. It’s fun to check off this spot that has so many interesting reviews. My photos don’t look appetizing but that’s on my skills. I loved the mushrooms. The peanut sushi had me cackling.

Peking will always be a quick favorite for locals lunch/dinner in a pinch. Dishes will be more fresh around lunch and early dinner, try to go early! You won’t regret the price vs food quality if you go at a good time, especially for lunch. Several fresh ingredients always available, great selection.

Their food is always fresh and the service is good. The drinks are always full and the used dishes are cleared away in time. I believe this will be a restaurant I will often go to in the next year.

I feel bad going to restruants but having to spend the day at my dad’s hospital bed some sushi sounded good as we got here around 9 I figured they would be gone for the day. They brought me my own plate! I’m so grateful for them going out of there way. They definitely treat there customers like family ❤️❤️

Honestly great value for the price! The variety is pretty decent, and the place was spacious and clean. We paid about $30 for two people. Yes, you do have to pay up front. I know some people had an issue with this, but I actually think it works great here. After you eat, you can leave whenever you want without having to flag down staff. The staff were friendly and quite helpful.

As for the food, they serve some nice Chinese American classics and is decent quality. I have had better Chinese buffets, but for the price I am very happy with what they had. 5/5 for value! Would definitely stop by again if I pass through Batavia!

I haven’t ate here in years and was really looking forward to it.
The food was gross.
The egg rolls were dried out.
The chicken, pork and steak didn’t taste like real meat.
Like it had been sitting out for hours.
Also seemed most wasnt prepared there, but pre-made and frozen purchased foods.
I will not go back.
Service was good.
Kept out glasses full.

My husband and I went there today, O.M.G. that was the worst food in my life. Everything had the.same spice in it that tasted like cinnamon and nutmeg. Or something weird. Only thing that was worth eating was green beans with are always great and crab rangoon. Everything i tasted i spit out. My husband got a piece of fish that was slimmy, and chicken wings had that same weird taste that Everything had. We went there a few years ago and same thing. We had been out all day and thought that maybe its better now. Oh NO. Look im no way a fussy eater,I couldn’t eat anything but green beans and crab rangoon. Think we gonna stick to China buffet in goodwill. plaza.

Buffet was good. Has a variety of food for “picky eaters” not just Chinese food. They have a sushi bar as well as a fresh bar, pick your food and he’ll cook it there. Pretty cool. They also have a cooler with a variety of ice cream for dessert. Clean and service was good. My only concern was there was no Food Grade Rating sticker on their entrance. Most places are by law to have it, maybe NY is different?

This has always been my favorite place to get Chinese food as they offer a nice selection of choices (their honey chicken is the best). I went today for the first time since before March 2020 (Covid). The food was very good (good temp, and tasty). A couple buffet items were a little past their prime but these items were few and far between. They are using disposable plates and silverware but this did not impact the dinner experience whatsoever. I was a little concerned to go after reading the dreadful reviews for the last couple months but I did not have a negative experience. Prime dining times are always going to be better for the freshest food and I arrived for dinner at 5:45pm. If I’m being totally honest the servers here have always been a little hit or miss with overall friendliness but they did the job today and I had a drink when I needed it. Absolutely no complaints and I will absolutely return! If you go….I highly recommend the honey chicken! 🙂
