Reviews
What truly makes the experience exceptional is the service. Sumi, in particular, is always warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome and ensures everything runs smoothly. Her hospitality truly elevates the entire dining experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality Chinese cuisine in Geneva!
The menu looks good and if you are craving for Chinese food you find many familiar items on the menu. We ordered some popular dishes and the taste was good for most of the items. The mapo tofu had that genuine China taste and was spicy enough to ignite my taste buds. The duck was a tad dry to my liking but the tong po pork was spot on in texture and taste.
The restaurant was clearly understaffed with just two staff manning the frontline, so just need a bit of patience with the services.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place for Chinese cuisine in Geneva.
It’s been an age since I’ve savored Chinese food imbued with such authenticity and robust flavors. Each dish, a harmonious symphony of taste and texture, left us thoroughly delighted. The Hot and Sour Soup was an impeccable balance of spicy and tangy notes, while the Sweet and Sour Chicken was a revelatory blend of sweetness with a delectable tang, setting the bar exceptionally high.
The dry szechuan Beef dish we ordered was nothing short of a masterpiece—tender, rich, and elevated with the right amount of heat. Beef with Mushroom didn’t fall short either, with its spicy kick enlivening the umami flavors. The Mixed Fried Rice was a treasure trove of ingredients, each grain of rice perfectly coated and seasoned. The Shrimp Dumplings? Exquisite! And the Vegetable spring Roll was a verdant, crispy delight.
But the culinary journey didn’t end there. The Banana Split dessert, garnished with decadently smooth ice cream, was an indulgent conclusion to an already sublime meal.
Service matched the quality of the meal, with our waiter Julia taking center stage as an exemplary figure of hospitality—gracious, attentive, and always serving with a smile.
Cleanliness is next to godliness, and this place lived up to this adage—pristine and well-maintained, reassuring us of their high standards.
And, as if our satisfaction hadn’t peaked, meeting the chef was the cherry on top. He was the epitome of humility and grace, warmly accepting our gratitude. They even catered with kind attentiveness to the little toddler in our party, encapsulating a family-friendly atmosphere that’s hard to find.
For anyone venturing to Geneva, missing out on this restaurant would be a culinary injustice. It’s a sanctuary of Chinese gastronomy, validated by the presence of Chinese patrons—always a sign of genuine fare.
The value? Unbeatable. For the quality, the quantity, and the brilliant service, every franc was well-spent. Swift service, astounding flavors, and welcoming ambiance—this place checks all the requisite boxes with panache.
Kudos to this hidden gem of Geneva!
Service was exceptional & friendly.
I would definitely return and recommend anyone thinking of coming here, to do so!
