The service was amazing. The manager, Alisa, was incredibly kind and provided us with excellent service from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cook, Hugo, did an exceptional job in the kitchen—everything was prepared perfectly and tasted incredible. He even came out to offer us chocolate cookies and personally asked if we enjoyed the meal, which made the experience feel even more special. We were honestly so impressed and truly grateful for the whole experience.

So this review is not based not on one visit but the past three times I have ordered food from this place. First visit-we ordered food to dine in, they were a little short handed and I received someone else’s order which is understandable we all make mistakes, I get it. Second visit- my friend has a peanut allergy and they put peanuts in her dish luckily we caught the mistake.They apologized and were very sorry about the whole situation.I didn’t go back for awhile after that but I thought I would give it another chance so I ordered through Doordash a $60 order which is easy to spend there not complaining about that but once again one of the dishes was incorrect I paid for extra shrimp and the dish came completely without shrimp. I think this will be my last time dining in or using online platforms to order from this restaurant. It’s just sad because I really liked this place. Please Pei Wei just do better. Losing customers in this horrible economy is not a good thing.

Normally I would rate Pei Wei a 5 and I probably will rate a 5 in the future. Today’s take out I hope is a one off. I ordered the Asian chicken salad which I’ve been delighted with before when I’ve eaten it in the restaurant. As take out, it was a good flavor but the amount seemed to be a lot less. If I would have weighed the chicken I think it wouldn’t have weighed an ounce. I was left hungry still so I ate an orange and triscuits with cheese. I didn’t complain to anyone at home because I hate for people to feel bad. I will try it again in the restaurant. I do think Pei Wei is absolutely delicious. My husband’s portion of honey seared chicken seemed to be a normal serving.

1st time to this store and they were overwhelmed by the dinner rush. One guy had to wait for more than an hour for his to go order because his items were accidentally given to someone else with a similar name. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes past my promised pick up time. They did give out numerous gift cards to the patrons who had to wait well passed their scheduled pickup time.

We were there to pick up a massive order for a work birthday. The manager was simply great. It was obvious that our order backed things up and she was more gracious with us than the couple Karen’s that came in and got angry that they couldn’t get their food immediately. She then proceeded to tell us a few more Karen stories. The moral of the story is Karen needs to stay home.

Pei Wei always seems to be hit or miss. My partner had some questions for the girl at the register and she provided incorrect information. Food was served quick and fresh and while my kung pao shrimp was yummy, my partners chicken was more breading than chicken and had more rice than anything else. He was disappointed.

I ate my food hours after picking it up. It was delicious. I arrived shortly before closing time. Staff were friendly and courteous. I felt terrible going so close to closing time. Food was prepared after I ordered. Food was ready very quickly. Great experience. First time ever trying Pei Wei as far as I remember. Parking was easy at the time of day I went.

I placed an online, takeout order for two entrees. When I picked the order up, the receipt stated my order was correctly received. But when I got home, both entrees were WRONG. My mistake for not taking both entrees out of the bag and checking them for accuracy at the store, but I shouldn’t have to do that. Unfortunately the cook forgot to bring his brain to work today.

This is a great location. The space is clean, bright and open. The food is amazing, fresh,and flavorful. I had the Thai coconut curry and it was delicious. The iced tea is among my favorites. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Food was not fresh. Chicken dried out & obviously reheated on both entree’s. Carrots smelt like mold. Have not had Pei Wei in years when it was good. But Now, Wow, Not Good at all.
