I placed a order for delivery not that long ago: around 3 pm on 03/01/26. One of the dishes ordered is a usual for a family member because it doesn’t have peanuts as he is allergic to them. When we got the dish, it came with noodles instead of rice, which we were both okay with. What we weren’t okay with was the couple of peanuts that snuck into the dish. They were not eaten but it doesn’t change the fact it was in the dish. Be more careful next time.
(We also didn’t get our fortune cookies or chili packets either, but that’s the least of my worries right now).

First time there. Not knowing what or how to order, but our server was very polite, patient and professional. So, we got won-ton soup for the cold day. Spring rolls and dumpling too.
Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by each flavorful bite after bite. Very tasty and filling menu. I wasn’t very hungry but still, very, very good food.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Pei Wei! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. Every dish i tried was fresh and well-seasoned, making it one of the best Asian dining experiences I’ve had.
A special shoutout to Flo, who went above and beyond to make my visit special. She was friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations. Her warm and welcoming service truly enhanced my meal.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality. Can’t wait to visit again!

honestly don’t know how this place stays open. The food tasted extremely processed — like reheated freezer takeout rather than freshly made.
It lacked freshness and flavor, and overall felt lower quality than even basic fast food options. Definitely not what I was expecting and super disappointing.

I have been coming to this Pei Wei since I was a child! The food has always been fresh and the service always efficient and very friendly. I get the honey seared chicken and they are always sweet about accommodating the potato starch option for my mother with a sensitivity (they have gluten free soy sauce upon request as well). Shout out to Christopher for being so kind at the front! Will always be back

We had an early dinner here on May 18th.
We received our food pretty fast and most of it was pretty good. I had the orange chicken and I was very disappointed. Most of what they gave me was not actually chicken. It was just the batter that dripped into the frier. They were small pieces of nothing. There were only a few very very small pieces of fried chicken, but that was all.

Let me start by saying this, when the GM is there everything is awesome, but the two times I have been here when she is not have been horrible. The GM should not need to be present for things to go well.
Today, I had a minor issue, then Gavin lied and told me he was the manager, refusing to provide a refund. It never makes sense to lie about anything, let alone your position in the place you work. You do a disservice to the organization you work for and provide terrible customer service in the process. I do not appreciate liars.
That was enough, but when I got home I noticed the food was lacking. This is only the second time I have had this issue, and it is again, the second time I visited this location when the GM was not present.
I wondered how a Pei Wei has such a low rating, and it seems customer service and food consistency may be the issue at hand. If those two things are fixed, I bet the rating goes beyond 4.5. Just a thought.

This location is always on point! The food is consistently hot and tastes great. The manager Drew is always really friendly and welcoming. Today we ordered takeout and the food was just as good as always 🙂
