I can’t believe I slept on Pei Wei for this long.

Stopped in recently and tried the Firecracker Tofu bowl and yeah… it did what it needed to do. The tofu was actually crispy (not that sad, soggy situation some places try to pass off), and the spice level had a nice kick without taking me out. I like heat, but I also like tasting my food — this was balanced.

I was pleasantly surprised by how many plant powered options they had. It didn’t feel like an afterthought. You can tell it’s actually part of the menu, not just “here’s plain vegetables, good luck.” I already have my eye on a couple other tofu bowls for next time.

The place was clean, service was easy and friendly, and everything came out quick. Solid experience all around. Definitely adding this into my rotation when I want something fast but still flavorful.

Grateful for solid plant powered options that don’t feel boring.

Dined in during rush hour to get out of traffic. Emma was amazing! Great personality and exceptional customer service! She made sure we had everything we needed from ordering to checking in on us during our meal. Food was on point and quick. I had the bourbon chicken with friend rice, Siricha wings, and shrimp lo mein. Everything tastes fresh and hot. Will definitely visit this location again!

My experience was horrible.I mean really bad…. uncarbonated fountain drink, burnt egg rolls, over cooked noodles… the worst was a weird chemical taste that I could not eat more than a few bites. Ordered the general tso’s but it didn’t have the traditional general tso’s taste or seasoning. It was more like bland chicken, with some roach spray flavoring. It was so bad I took the time to write a poem to save you from the horrible experience.

A Culinary Crime: Short & Sour
The neon flickered, a warning in sight,
Before I stepped into a culinary night.
The egg rolls were burnt, carbonized husks,
Served in a dining room smelling of musks.
The crab rangoon sat soggy and sad,
While the flat soda was syrupy-bad.
I poked at the noodles, a pile of mush,
Then tasted the meat—a chemical rush.
Like bleach on a plate, it stung on the tongue,
A song of regret that’s best left unsung.
By midnight the “explosive” reckoning came,
Leaving my bathroom—and dignity—in shame….

Order a simple kids meal and asked for Lettuce leafs on side … I guess since I didn’t pay for them, since y’all didn’t charge me… It was okay to ruin somebody’s lunch by forgetting the simple request that was asked for very disappointed

Brand new store. Visited on pre opening and the food was hot and tasty. Full opening on 02/16/24. We had General Cho’s chicken and the chicken lettuce wraps they were very tasty. As an appetizer we had the vegetable spring rolls that were crispy and well liked by our daughter the vegetarian. Good portion size and classic Payway fare. Location easy and out with decent parking. Very friendly staff. Plenty of dining space.

Food is not as good like in the other pei wei’s. They ask for a review and get free donuts- and the donuts were dry , not very tasty. Service was good.
