This was my first time ordering with Pei Wei and I went with having it delivered. I was craving Asian food but am on a strict gluten free diet. I was incredibly surprised to learn of their gluten free menu options and even MORE surprised that what I chose was SO delicious. I got the beef and broccoli with white rice, extra sauce on the side, and edamame. Everything was hot, fresh, and so tasteful. Ohhh and extra extra bonus points for the gluten free soy sauce packets added in. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Tried them out for the first time today-was pleasantly surprised! We got lettuce wraps and Firecracker shrimp, both were great! The shrimp was fried PERFECTLY, insanely good and nearly scalding hot it was so fresh Service was really lovely, the lady at the counter greeted us explaining the card machines were down, was super nice about it, she checked on us multiple times as we ate too. Firecracker shrimp was great, the rice it was on was a bit wet with the sauce but the flavor was great. Highly recommend

Amazing service too- waitress came by our table at least 10 times even though they are set up more like fast food.
Love the manager named Sam and want to congratulate her on her 10 yr anniversary with the company- she’s awesome ! 😉

I really enjoyed it. Food presented nicely and tasted great. Firecracker chicken had a bump but not overwhelming. Wife loves the lettuce wraps. Price was good. Service was solid.

OMG LOVEEEEEEE THE VEGAN OPTIONS!!! I know it’s a chain but man they are really good and decently priced. I love how you can get tofu in any noodle or rice dish. The ambiance inside is lacking and definitely has a kitchen/cafeteria like feeling that’s kinda cold but it’s so worth it for the amazing amount of options.

We had a wonderful experience! My husband and I came here for dinner, and it was a great evening! The food was really good, and all the staff we interacted with were really nice and helpful, especially Farrah who first greeted and helped us. She patiently helped us, even as we asked for some special arrangements for the food we ordered, and set the tone of our visit off to a good start. I’m looking forward to going back again.

This is an edit from my previous review. The food was really good my first visit but has been terribly inconsistent. I’ve been 3 times in the last week, and tonight (Monday) might be my last. I’ve ordered the Mongolian beef the last two times. Beef has been terrible cuts, fatty, and not cooked well. Got the edamame last week and loved it. Got it tonight and couldn’t eat it. Mushy, wrinkly, and tasted old. The guy that appears to be the manger is not the friendliest guy. So disappointing because I really wanted this place to be consistently good.

Picked up the broccoli chicken and crab wontons. Very little sauce on the entree. Wontons were not edible – empty inside. Disappointing. Was ready fast but that doesn’t make up for being inedible.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful! Abdul came and helped us at our table multiple times and the lady behind the counter let us try one of the newer menu items. They have Cauliflower Fried Rice and it is incredible tasting, low carb and a great substitute for those counting carbs. The service was very fast, too.
