We’ve always wanted to try this restaurant out and today we finally did for our anniversary. My coworker suggested to try the empanadas and we did. We got one fried and one baked. The fried, the dough that was used was perfectly in between soft and crispy. Just how I like it. The meat that comes in it had a lot of tendon, not really my favorite but seasoning was perfect. The baked empanada had more meat and much lighter. Baked empanada had ground beef while the fried had chunks of meat. We got the parrillada personal to share it was honestly a lot of meat, juicy and tender meat. Sopa de carne was also good, tasted like sopa de res. Our waiter Diego A was very friendly and hard working. He made sure if we needed anything else to ask him. I would bring my family here to try it so they can judge the food themselves.

Last night, we had our company dinner at El Patio, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything—from the food and drinks to the appetizers and main course—was excellent.
We were a party of 14, and the entire experience was handled seamlessly. I also really appreciated the reservation process. My name is Rosa, and the organization and communication throughout were outstanding. The email communication was clear and helpful, with reminders sent ahead of time, and we even received a follow-up call to answer any questions. That level of attention made the planning process incredibly smooth and stress-free, which we truly appreciated.
The service during the dinner was just as great as the planning. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Joseph was super attentive fast and courteous. Made the dining experience even better. The short ribs were fresh and flavorful. The enaindas always divine and so was the wine. Great place great service. Joseph and all of the staff are great.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

I’ve known this place for over 20 years and up to now it’s the only Argentinian restaurant in the DC, MD area. The menu it’s varied ranging from meats (parrillada) to pastas and other types of Argentinian fares, they also offer a good selection of wines and fresh baked pastries which are a delight bringing back memories of the old country. The staff is cordial and attentive. Last they have a section where you could buy baked, Alfajores and different cuts of beef under competitive prices. This time I’ve had baked beef empanadas and choripan sandwiches which they were delicious and couldn’t help to get alfajores Havanna and dulce de leche !

This place is really, really good, especially for the meat eaters. The staff were very nice and friendly, the appetizers and entrees were both delicious and their deserts were really good as well. Overall, I would 100% recommend this restaurant to others, especially the ones that are big meat eaters. Elvis especially was a great server, very attentive, super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
