I hadn’t been to Pei Wei in years but I was searching through the Delta SkyMiles Dining Program and they popped up. The Google Reviews made me hesitant but I’m glad that I took a chance. We were quickly greeted and our order was taken. The place was clean and the food being made fresh. I ordered it to-go and walked over to Whole Foods for a few minutes to run an errand. When I returned, everything was being packed and ready to go. We ordered the Firecracker Chicken and Spicy Korean BBQ Steak. Each with brown rice. Both were savory. The Spicy Korean BBQ Steak wasn’t as spicy as I expected but it was still tasty.

Place was pretty good. Service was friendly food came out less than 10 minutes although I came in during a non-peak time. The only downfall I feel is the cost of the meal. I could’ve received the same meal at the food court at the mall for eight bucks. Instead, I paid 14 for the same quality at this place. That’s $14 for fried rice and grilled bourbon chicken. At the mall I have spent that amount of $ for fried rice, drink and two proteins. But I must say everything tasted fresh, including the fried rice.

First timing dining here and it was a pleasant experience. Food tasted great, friendly service, and dining area was well maintained. Took about 20 minutes for the food to come out which isn’t too bad. Food portion was enough to take home left overs, which was a plus for me! I would recommend their chicken egg roll & chicken fried rice.

I used to love Pei Wei, but cannot recommend anymore. Let me start by saying I KNOW they have poor management here. How do I KNOW? Because this restaurant is filthy. Like every square inch of the booths are covered on oil and food. The high chairs have NEVER BEEN CLEANED AND ARE PROBABLY YEARS OLD. As for the food: bland and an immediate stomach ache. The coconut chicken tasted like just white pepper and that’s it. Inflation has taken its toll on the restaurant industry and this place is just another casualty. Sad.

Every time I have visited I have received 10/10 customer service! They are able to answer questions and are very accommodating and educated about food allergies. This most recent visit, the young girl at the counter that helped me was very nice and answered my questions.

Location closed 5-6 minutes early, and when I’m trying to pick up an order that is clearly left on the counter, no one was willing to open the door. I knocked several times. Stayed there for 10+ minutes and employees kept looking at me and walked away. When I finally went to my car, that’s when they gave me my food, and continued to berude the whole time. Food is disgusting too so save your money and go somewhere else

I was hesitant to try this place because of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! Really tasty. I had the orange chicken and the crab wontons. I like how you can just order 2 of the wontons with your meal and don’t have to get a whole other of them. I added a few vegetables to the orange chicken and everything made it on there. I could’ve used a little more protein, and some of the black flakes from the chicken tasted burnt but not totally unpleasant to me.

Easy and convenient place to get Chinese food in the area. I had the tie fire cracker tofu which was excellent. They give you a very big portion. I also got the Thai dumpling soup which was only mediocre although they also give you a good portion of it. My tiny companion. The orange chicken which she said was great. The service is excellent. The wait staff is very attentive. You order at the front counter but then they bring the food to you and get you what you need. It’s in the same parking lot as Whole Foods.
