Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time with Sheila, a lady who I met at Main Line Health. I was so hungry that I could have eaten a horse!!! I picked this place which was in the Food Court and it certainly did not disappoint. I was given a sampling from a friendly employee and before I was given the sampling, I was going to purchase food from here. I ordered an egg roll and they had two choice items and three choice items. I opted for three item combo since I was so hungry!!! Employee Ying Z was so nice and friendly. I opted to get rice, an egg roll, some beans and another item. Everything was so delicious!! They give you a lot of food and it was good!! I will certainly come here again. Sheila and I ate in the Food Court. I enjoyed my experience here and I will return. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.

The lady at the counter was rushing me the whole time and kept charging extra for everything. I didn’t ask for extra shrimp I only asked if it was an extra charge and she went ahead and put it on the plate and charged me, normally I love Pei Wei but this location was horrible , the noodles were bland and so was everything else. They will rush you and steal your money at the end. Not happy at all.

This is mall food court pei wei, it’s Not like the regular stand alone stores. The food was only okay. It did not taste bad but it was typical of food court large portion prepared food. It’s good if you’re there and need something to eat. But it’s not a place I’d make plans to go to. I would eat there again tho if at the mall and hungry

Terrible food. Terrible service. Food tasted awful. They tried to trick and upsell customers 3 item combos, but 2 item combos is clearly showing on the menu. They will not provide cup water, and asking customers to buy bottled water.

In my opinion, this place is not worth the money and time. I ordered the 3 entre choice. I was told that I could order anything there as part of the plan. However, that did not include shrimp. I didn’t find that out until I received my bill. I found out then that I was charge an extra $1.29 to add the shrimp. They pointed to a sign that I did not see anywhere before I ordered.
The food itself was not very good. The bourbon chicken was extremely dry as was the sesame chicken.

This place has fallen in quality!
They possibly have manager running the line whom are extremely rude and pushy! They try to get you to order what they have not sold during closing time. If you say no they get an attitude. Which is funny. When they have their cooks running the line its a much better experience they upsell in a nice way and I do always take up on their offers but the ladies who run the line now rude and arrogant! Will not be back!!
