New to the area, what a great place. The food was delicious. So good, we went back 2 days later. Everything was flavorful and tasty. The fried okra was great. Real mashed potatoes were incredible. The hamburger steak was cooked to perfection and a nice large portion. This will be a place we visit often.

Must go place to eat. My niece, under 10 of age, ordered Grilled cheese, pasta and baked potato. She ate everything and bite of a hamburger of my mother’s. She even had some of my onion rings! She never eats this much. She can’t wait to go back.

We came across this place when looking for a spot to eat before an event at Duplin Events Center & it was a great choice! The reviews we read were correct – the food was delicious. We had a party of 8 and we ordered steak, pasta, pizza, seafood and pork, and we all were very satisfied with our orders! I only gave 4 stars on Service because server refilled teas and never refilled my water and when we asked for something, it took a little bit to get it, but it wasn’t horrible or a deal breaker by any means. We would definitely return if back in the area!

We were going it of town and looking for a bite and came across Peggy’s. Food was amazing !! Service was even better!!! Such a great little find. Homemade mashed potatoes was a treat. I’m f we are ever in the area we will definitely be back.

Some of the food order was not warm enough for our liking; but this was readily fixed. There was a rather annoying FLY buzzing around our table (in early February!). The burger was cooked well, and tasty; as were the beans and greens and fried okra. A 10% Sr. discount was applied to our bill: thanks for that courtesy!

Ordered a plane cheese pizza. It was like eating rubber. So undercooked. The worst I’ve ever had!!! That is saying something because I have never had a terrible pizza until today. Disgusting. I will never eat from this place ever again. To the owner…Shame on you for even allowing that product out of your store. I will not be recommending your restaurant to anyone ever!!!

This place was a great surprise and a very good change when it comes to a quick lunch on the road. I ordered online through their website and picked it up about 20-25min later. Ordering online also lets you customize your meal. I had a ceasar salad but substituted chicken for salmon, and then also buffalo shrimp. Both were really good, especially the salad. Good amount of parmesan and dressing. Also, the prices were really good for portion sizes.
