All I ordered was a large fry, 10pc nugget and 2 frappes and ordered it via curbside pickup. It took them literally 19 minutes to bring my food out to me! 19 long MINUTES!?!? I could not believe it!! And not a worry or anything from the lady that brought it out! I am in awe! Yeah, I could have gone in and gotten it. But that would have defeated the purpose of ordering it curbside. I felt like I should have gotten my meal for free or something at least offered to me. I mean, my fries were cold when I got them! And I ordered them ‘no salt’ so you know they were made fresh. But then were 100% cold by the time I got them. I am just completely disappointed and discouraged In this location. One thing positive though, is that they do serve Oreo frappes. Unlike SO MANY other locations that claim that their machine is down. One day I went to SIX locations and EVERY SINGLE location said that their machine was down. I couldn’t believe it.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s the service is horrible. This morning who ever was in charge up front was talking loud giving orders. The poor gal that was up front was new taking orders. The gal that was in charge was all over the place wich eventually bumped into the new gal. She proceededly jumping on her case to watch out for other people say behind you. It was totally the gal in charged fault. I ordered table service twice and the gal in charged brought me my food in a bag twice. They really need to do something about the service at this location. Paid for mobile order. Store refused to acknowledge it. How is that good service. You pay for something and they tell you to wait for a refund. I get that they are low staff but if someone pays for a mobile order late night waits in a line for 10 mins plus then gets told that the food they paid for isn’t available?????? Make that make sense. Best advice do not go here for a late night snack.

I was very low on funds and looking for a deal so I placed a mobile order at McDonalds.First, they skipped my turn in the drive thru line and helped the customer after me, in the second line. Ok, maybe that is an accident. Then I was in line for 25 minutes. They didn’t have my mobile order at the window and I had to pull it up to prove I placed it. When I got home and went to eat my chicken nuggets, the box was full of tartar sauce instead of nuggets. Are you kidding me?I went to sleep hungry and furious.

First, I fall in line to order food inside together with everyone else. Then after a long wait everybody else is done eating and they already left, here I am still waiting for my food around approx. 35 mins waiting with a child and a baby. So I went to the counter and ask for my food on the other guy that’s making the fries, he didn’t even care to see what happened to my order he just apologize saying “they’re busy!” They only have the curbside customers coz I’m the only one left inside!. So then the other other employee came inside after he give the orders on other people in the parking lot, I ask this guy about my order so he check what’s my order and he apologize he didn’t see my order on the System bcoz they “punch out!” According to him and then finally did my order after 45mins total of waiting from the time I order! This is the worst customer service I’ve experience from a McDonalds! I don’t recommend to go there and order, they’re so slow and stupid.

Picked up many doordash orders for m this location over the past couple of nights while they are slammed and everyone else is closed. The wait can be frustrating at times in the drive thru but understandable. They work hard to take care of everyone as quickly as possible. Be considerate of this when visiting the drive thru late in the evening.

The lady that took our order was very good. It went way downhill from there. Fries were soggy and total yuck. We sent them back in for new ones and they were total yet also. We asked for fresh ones and had to pull over and wait which was fine. When the lady brought them out she had attitude and they were not any better other than warmed up. Probably just dip the old ones back into the grease. Wife went into the store and complain that they just blew her off so I think I will blow this particular one off and never come back

A man came to the counter and I told him what my husband, grandson and I each wanted. He said, “I can’t take your order and walked away.” About 2 or 3 minutes later a woman took our order. We sat down and saw the man who couldn’t take our order visiting with a coworker. The woman who took our order brought the food to our table.. My son and daughter-in-law arrived about 10 minutes later and placed an order. We listened for Jeremy’s name be called. He finally went to the counter and the food had been sitting there. It didn’t seem like anyone was managing and making sure things were moving along.
