This was a fabulous find after a long day at the zoo. Our family ordered the involtini appetizer which was prosciutto and other things rolled into little bread spoons with 3 different dipping sauces (marinara, garlic cheese, and a balsamic reduction). For the meal, the kids had an individual sausage, an individual cheese pizza, while the hubby and I shared an 11″ maple bourbon pork pizza. A side order of mc & cheese was shared (and heartily enjoyed) by all. The teenager’s meal came with 3 of their cookies, which were very crisp (like a thicker and better version of a chips ahoy cookie that was warmed up). I’ll own that i am not really a crunchy cookie fan, so to me this was the item that I liked the least, though the kids seemed to enjoy them. Everything else was absolutely delicious. Zero complaints. The maple bourbon glaze on the pizza my hubby and I shared was top shelf.

The environment was definitely a more upscale pizza joint and the prices reflect that. Our bill after tip was just over $100 for 2 drinks, 2 waters a kids meal, a lunch special, an 11″ pizza, side of Mac & cheese, and an appetizer.

The service was fantastic – friendly and attentive without being cloying. As this location is downtown, parking may be an issue depending on the timing of your visit. We went at a time that was definitely not peak hours so parking was easy and there was hardly anyone there, so no wait times, and it was very easy for us to talk with one another. I have no idea what it might be like at a different time.

Hubby has already said he wants to come again so that he can try more of their unique flavors like the bacon pickle, and the spicier varieties that I was more hesitant to take on.

Their maple bourbon black pepper wings were amazing! The pizzas were tasty, but it would be nice if they had more traditional veggie selections for toppings.

Pizza was pretty good. Nice, fluffy, fresh crush. The cheese was a very good quality mozzarella. The pineapple was interesting. It was almost like a sweet, but chunky pineapple chunk. It didn’t pair as nicely with the pizza as I thought it would. I would definitely try this place again, but with different toppings. It’s more of a New York style of pie; if that’s your thing. I ordered the pizza for delivery, so I can’t rate the atmosphere or service, because I didn’t go to the physical location.

I was on the hunt for the St Louis staple finger food, the toasted ravioli, acquired here with no disappointments whatsoever. The meatballs were great, the build your own pizza was a hit. Drinks were thoughtful and enjoyable. Will return.

We came in for a birthday party and the food and service was amazing! A group of 10 of split a couple salads, two orders of toasted ravioli, and beet fries before ordering our own entrees. I opted for the pickle and bacon pizza since it was more unusual and it blew my mind!!!

I had an amazing experience at Peel! The food was PERFECT! But, the service was absolutely the standout for me!
Lauren was my primary server and she is absolutely amazing, attentive and nice!
Her knowledge of the menu and wine were top notch! Her attention to detail and special requests cannot go without mention. What an absolute asset she is to this great restaurant!
I also had the pleasure of Elise helping me out and she is also a top notch server with incredible attention to detail! She is very kind, helpful and friendly!!!!
Both of these ladies are an absolutely amazing team that ensures everything is correct and the patrons are happy!

Pretty good but it should be noted they only offer one size pizza and it appears to be somewhere between 10-12 inches, so like a small or medium from a fast food pizza place. A pepperoni pizza cost me $20 and each slice was pretty thin and able to be eaten in about two to three bites. You’re gonna want almost a pizza per person if you’re feeding multiple people to be honest.

I can’t believe I am just now experiencing this place. I am already plotting on returning. The menu isn’t too overwhelming. We ordered Toasted Ravioli (not pictured) as an appetizer. I’ve had a lot of T-Ravs in St. Louis. These are definitely in my top 5 and they are not #5!!

For entrees my husband and I ordered salads. Our toddler had a kids pizza. We tasted his pizza and it was good.

I ordered the Caesar with Blackened Salmon. Whew that salmon was huge!! It was cooked perfectly. I can’t remember the name of my husband’s salad but he ate every bit of it. It was some kind of chopped salad.

The kids meal came with a side, we chose fruit. Our son at all of the fruit. I think they had a good assortment.

The service was quick. I’m really looking forward to coming back to try my own pizza and some wings. I just know those wings are going to be good.
