The food was tasty and it was quickly served to us. But my husband asked for BBQ sauce, and he got ranch. And this is what my McFlurry looked like. They sprinkled a few M&Ms on top and didn’t mix it. There was nothing on the bottom.

I understand things get hectic during rushes, but pulling food early instead of following timers leads to poor quality. This has been happening a lot lately. Sandwiches overflowing with condiments & Food that’s dripping with grease thats soaking through the bag isn’t enjoyable, especially when there’s still a long wait. If food is being rushed out early but orders are still slow, then something in the process clearly isn’t working. A little more attention to proper cook times and workflow would really improve the experience.

They’re consistently getting our orders wrong, forgetting to give us our ordered items and sauces. I have never had a dining experience here that has gone smoothly. We often go here since there aren’t many options in our small town… is it too much to ask for decent service?? Train your employees better!!

Nice place for a Sunday treat. Bring the whole family! McDonald’s is attempting to rely on the kiosk for orders again. Drive through and internet orders take precedence over walk ins. You can get a burger patty for your dog for $1; no bread, pickles etc.

Place has always been dirty. When I lived there I always got spicy McChickens. Always made me sick. Every single time. Went back there recently in hope of change. Nothing. Changed. I got sick on the way home and the tummy pain was so bad I had to pull over for a few hours and try to get it out. Never again.

Friday went in there sat in the drive through for 15 minutes at the speaker because I couldn’t back up and leave while cars are going through the other lane. Then today I ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins and got 2 English muffins 1 with just cheese on it and the 2nd 1 had a sausage patty on it. This place has went to hell since Chris sold it.

Don’t ever leave drive through without checking your own order because it’s obvious this staff doesn’t care or possibly know how to read. Every order is wrong every order is gross this town needs a better option. This staff is probably the most incompetent, lazy and rude McDonald’s staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Save your money go somewhere else, not in Craig.

The crew working tonight were adults. We were served these fries (soggy and about half the amount of a small fry). It’s my husband’s birthday today and he actually wanted a soda, Dr Pepper was bitter and obviously out. This is not your standard McDonald’s. Seems to lack management. It’s about as good as the town is… Beware!
