My husband and I had the best (shredded) chicken chimichanga of our lives today at Pedros! The cheese sauce was delicious, service was prompt, friendly, and the restrooms clean. I’m so glad we stopped on our way through Clinton!

We stopped in because this place had decent reviews. Honestly, what do people in Clinton eat that makes them think this is good Mexican food?
I ordered a chimichanga, and it was a disaster. The queso wasn’t real queso—it was thick, sticky Velveeta dumped on top. The guacamole came out brown, and the rice was bland except for being drowned in salt.
My husband’s carne asada burrito was just as bad. Barely any meat, just over-salted rice and beans stuffed inside. The sour cream tasted like it had been sitting out of the fridge for hours.
To top it off, the wait staff was useless. Our drinks sat empty the entire time, and no one bothered to offer refills.
Between the awful food, poor quality ingredients, and careless service, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Fresh ingredients and fast Mexican dishes and friendly staff! Amazing lunch menu from 11-2pm.
Both dishes were under $8 and came with free chips and dips (including warm cheese sauce). Delicious!
Monica was our server and was very friendly and attentive.

Wonderful Gem off the Beaten Path!
Nachos, enchiladas, and burritos were all very good. Service was prompt, friendly, and accomodating–they brought my enchilada sauces (green and red, both good) on the side. They bring each person their own salsa and queso with an additional hot and spicy on request (it’s amazing on their enchiladas). They have Pepsi products on tap, Mexican Coke in bottles, and a bar. They have a buffet a few days a week and saturday nights might get crowded, but GO!
