Ordered a pot pie combo. I was told it would take two minutes. I pulled around and waited 16 minutes for an incomplete order. Worker nastily told me to go back through the drive thru for the rest of my meal. She was mad at me because I wanted the food I had already paid for. Also not a single napkins or fork in the bag. This KFC is awful. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered 1 mashed potatoes and 1 macaroni and cheese got 2 mashed potatoes instead. Tasted off not sure why. They had forgot my drinks paid for Lrg got mediums. They didn’t have ice so the drinks were room temperature. This was one of the late nights. Also waited for it to be made.

Night shift 6:05pm drive thru 9/24/25 they were so respectful friendly and fast honestly that’s pretty impressive for this area I didn’t ask what they names were but they were working together young lady and young gentleman the man was taking orders and making food I think and the girl was taking money and ringing the order up idk but they got the job done

Ordered food & was told to park & food would be out in a few minutes after I paid. Food didn’t come out till 30 minutes later. Part of my order was a side dish of mashed potatoes & gravy. These normally are separate containers. When I got home and opened the gravy container it was full of mashed potatoes with a little brown gravy mixed in! Won’t visit this location again. I could have been told up front before I ordered that there would be a 30 minute wait & after all that time they could have it least got the order right!

The pieces of chicken are very small. They’re (original)supposed to be soft and somewhat juicy. However, it seems to me that it’s fried like any other establishment. They usually never get you order correct. I ask for no gravy on my potatoes, and there’s gravy on them. I would never patronize them if I wasn’t purchasing for someone else. KFC use to be a real treat, but not anymore.
