First off, these folks are as friendly as a labradoodle puppy. Brisket sandwich and potato salad exceeds expectations. The brisket is moist and tender. You can tell they smoked it low and slow and let it rest like all great bbq. A little light in the pepper but the smoke ring and flavor are all there. Potato salad like my grandma’s. Will come back again.

Worth every penny. Got to give much appreciation to this family squad they did that damn thing. There food is amazing juicy brisket and bbq chicken my they never fail to amaze me. Plus got some awesome sides Mac and Cheese is delicious. To top it off the mama made me an amazing cake beautiful and delicious. This family came to please and we came to eat. Excellent BBQ place! We originally came for dinner and got brisket and sausage which was awesome! Few weeks later we brought our dog in the morning and got a giant breakfast burrito with everything in it. Also came with this great spicy sauce. Atmosphere is cool too..there is plenty of room to hang out and chill! Can also grab coffee right next door with breakfast!

Absolutely incredible BBQ. The brisket was insanely tender and moist, with that perfect smoky flavor that hits the second you take a bite. The turkey was just as impressive, super juicy and full of flavor (which is rare to find done this well). You can tell they put real care into everything they serve. Definitely one of the best BBQ spots around and absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend!

We stopped by Pedros BBQ on a roadtrip to Fredericksburg and was not disappointed. The location has a very cool atmosphere with plenty of seating. Compared to other bbq places we looked at, Pedros had awesome prices and the brisket sandwiches were delicious and super tender. I’ve been thinking about the brisket ever since and cant wait to go back, if in the area again
