Casa de Ochoa is hands down the best authentic Mexican food you can get here in Rexburg! You can feel the atmosphere of traditional Mexican culture right as you walk in and the service is incredible. I recommend getting the California burrito and the Al pastor fries, they were so good! Prices are also very good for the amount of food you get. Totally recommend checking them out, you won’t regret it.

My friends and I had the best lunch EVER. I had the chimichanga with Al Pastor, and my friend had the carne asada fries. About $12 each and huge servings.

Pretty solid place. The only downside is sometimes they close for while or have random hours. The burritos are good size and the salsa is perfect. Tastes really good and the employees are pretty chill.

After wanting to come to this place for over 5 years I’m glad I came. The worker was very welcoming and did a great job helping customers. I got the pollo asado burrito and the flavor was great and it was very big and filling. They were nice enough to customize it as well. There’s also a tiny salsa bar and the flavor was good even if I could have it a bit more spicy but it’s good enough for the average spice tolerance. The door is also hard to open but just make sure to see if the open light is on and just pull harder if it is. The air pressure keeps it closed. Wish I came sooner.

Personally, this is one of my all time favorite Mexican restaurants. I’ve been coming here off-and-on since 2021. The prices are higher than I’m comfortable with, but the food portions are large and have great flavor. My personal favorite is the horchata. Finding a place with good horchata is such a hard thing to do, but this place hits the nail on the head.

Enjoyed Casa of Ochoas. Food tasted good and came with sour crème. Made me feel good and no more hungry. The art on the walls makes you think. There was a lot of sour crème. Thought the staff was nice and polite. Gave us plenty of forks. There was a lot of sour crème. Also had pictures of soccer and two dudes sitting together.

Worse than Jalisco’s in Idaho Falls. The chips and salsa is a miss. Really cold inside. The staff is friendly. The burritos are a good size and very flavourful. I would say it’s a pretty standard solid Mexican place.

Was excited to see we had a new place in town that offered California burritos. Unfortunately it was the smallest California burrito I have ever seen, and also more money then other locations near by. I understand it’s opening week but bad first impression, also there phone number still doesnt work. Might give them a try again in future to see if I was just unlucky, or if that flat burrito was just bad luck.

Way too expensive and not that good. The carne asada was super salty. Nothing special about it. The burrito was also super salty and bland at the same time. $5 for one street taco is insane. Prices are really bad.

The atmosphere is pretty bad. It was cold inside and not comfortable. We would have at least enjoyed our time there but the wooden chairs hurt to sit on.

We dont plan on ever coming back and dont recommend this place unfortunately

We came up from sacramento ca to drop off our son at byu Idaho, we were looking for a good Mexican restaurant to eat at, and we found this place. This is the very first time that we’ve ever had TERRIBLE customer service at one of these places. I ordered a chimichanga with birria, and my wife ordered birria tacos. Both of the items that we ordered not only tasted awful, but were burnt. I tried explaining to the only waiter what had happened and he responded with very vulgar language and insults. I kindly asked to have my money back and he refused and told me to leave. I have never been treated this rudely at an establishment before.
I will never recommend these place ever to nobody.
