After several visits to Las Vegas, New Mexico, we were excited to finally try Pedro’s Bakery, a bakery we had always wanted to visit. Although it is not as large as Charlie’s Spic & Span Bakery & Café, the bakery’s goods appeared just as delicious. The staff provided excellent service, and their playful joking made the experience pleasant. We enjoyed a great customer experience and sampled some delicious treats, purchasing around seven or eight items. The items we tasted were delicious.

Best take out tortillas in town. They work great with all your tortillas needs . Fresh & soft and other fine delicacies await . The Monkey bread is a shareable sugar-cinnafuness. Plus it’s a nice place to practice your Spanish.

This quirky little Mom n’ Pop bakery is a must ! They have limited days & hours of operation. Also the selection can be a bit limited if you get there too early as they’re baking through the late morning. But WoW ! ! The pastries here are amazingly delicious ✨✨, especially if you happen to time it right as fresh goodies are coming out of the oven. The fruit filled empanadas are so good; the monkey bread is fantastic and the orange marmalade muffins are mind-blowing ! It’s all good

Made sure to stop by during a road trip, and very glad we did! We went in there not knowing what we wanted but came out with the most delicious pastries. The family running the place were so very kind and helpful and you could tell it was made with love. The prices were not crazy at all, we ended up spending around $6 for 6 croissant muffins. (Which I definitely recommend) Also, kids get free cookies! (Which were amazing btw.) But overall just a great experience with the food and staff. Will be sure to come again!
