I usually go before they close at 8:30 PM because I don’t noticed that if you do go right before they close, they’ll give you a whole a lot of food lol but I love the portion that they do give their sides are amazing. I got that barbecue chicken special with the four piece Mando for $2.99 extra and in the photos I showed you all sides they also have catering. The tables are limited. You can only fit up to four people per table. It can get crowded during lunch hours. I would prefer to do takeout because even with my medium sized body have a hard time squeezing in the booth lol but overall I got a man do plate and my total was about $48 total. I’ll say it’s totally worth it. One of the best barbecue cases you can eat at. I know there’s other locations like in Alamoana and Kahala but this is my favorite one. I would also recommend phone call orders cause that would be faster. There is a lot of parking and it’s inside of the Waipahu shopping center right next to the new Hope Church.

Just ordered phone pick up at Pearls Waipahu for a medium pan chicken katsu for dinner when I went home and open it the chicken katsu was burnt and can’t even eat it because it too hard. I’m calling the store but no answer. as you can see on the picture it wasn’t good to eat. Wanted to refund it and give it back but they don’t answer the phone and almost closing. Waste of money!

Been coming here for a long time and when I used to work in this shopping center back in the day. This is my favorite go to place for Korean food. I’d say I come around once a month. Just like a lot of food places. The dinner hours can get pretty hectic. Especially during the weekends or holiday weekends. Other than that. Food is always good. Just be patient of you decide to go during a rush hour dinner rush. It can get pretty busy

I am really surprised about this Pearl’s Korean BBQ located in the Waipahu Shopping Mall next to Longs. I have been to other Pearl’s BBQ (Kapolei) I have to say this one surprised me. The place was very very clean..I have been to the one in Kapolei, and their restaurant was dusty and the floor was not so clean…This one in Waipahu was wiped down. The walls and counters were clean.
The prices are still HIGH, but it’s the price you pay for Korean Bbq. The prices are high due to rising costs of containers, staff shortages, and price of meats, fish and etc.. The food is still packed in your plate, and it’s served hot, and fresh.
I ordered the Fish Jun and the Meat Jun/Fish Jun combo plate..Here you choose your 4 sides and it comes with 2 scoops of rice plus your entree. You can share the plate ️ because the food is really piled up.
I really liked this Pearl’s Korean BBQ place because, It was a clean restaurant, two the food looked really good, and the server was really nice. Price per plate is between $12-18 reasonable and you get your money worth.

These people treats callers like 3rd class citizens. It takes a few minutes before anyone picks up the phone, then when the lady finally picks up she says “hold on” for another 8 minutes. All the while you can hear them laughing & giggling in the background & have forgotten that someone is on hold. Abysmal service, never ordering there again.

I ordered meals to be delivered to my friend, the other food made it okay and my friend said it the food are great. However, the soup I ordered since they are feeling under the weather, leaked. The soup was put in a paper container and essentially will leak.

Won’t come back to this Pearl’s. Great food, unbelievably poor service. Just picked up $700 of catered food and they wouldn’t give plates & chopsticks because it’s, “not included”.

The cashier was nice. The glass noodles and cabbage smelled and tasted spoiled. Of course it touch my tofu, mac salad, seaweed and corn in all the three plates and everything smelled spoiled. I paid $64.00
Plus dollars for 3 regular meat jun plates. I should have smelled it before I left. I called and called a dozen times. but no answers. Bad food. I will never go there again!
