JANUARY 21, 2026: I was visiting with a couple of friends recently while they were eating lunch. They were eating Lo Mein Noodle and some type of soup. It looked and smelled good. They said it was delivered from Pearl Chinese Restaurant, located not too far away from where we were. The restaurant is on Gus Thomasson, which was on the way to an appointment. I planned on dining in for my first visit here. They have a lunch special Tuesday through Sunday available until 3 PM. When I entered I saw that the dining room was closed, and only take out was available. I rang the bell, and a woman (Yan?) came to take my order. I ordered L305 Chicken with Broccoli. It comes with Fried Rice & an Egg Roll. I asked what vegetables were in it. She said only carrots. Everything was good, but I should have asked her to add some onions and maybe mushrooms. I should have checked the reviews before I came. According to Google data, this business does not have dine-in service, and is takeout only. Several reviewers confirm the dining room is closed, and one review from June 2023 stated it would never be opened again. Customers can order from a plexiglass window. I guess this is a high crime area, and they’ve been robbed. I’ll be going to the other Chinese restaurants that offer dine in. Sorry……

The eggrolls was like a big chunk of pork with a lil vegetables. I thought they would use small piece like for the pork fried rice or something.I ordered crab ragoon and they tasted terrible, i didnt even know u could mess those up. Then i ordered vegetable lomein and never in my 31 years have i seen orange lomein noodles which also tasted nasty. I wasted my lil $20 and my gas cause the reviews were kinda decent. But i will not be back!

I called placed my order made my payment after we hung up. I got my confirmation order number and then I got a notification from my bank that said the payment was declined so I’ll call back immediately to fix this issue so that they wouldn’t cancel my order they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then tell me sorry to canceling my order and when I ask why They say they don’t have no delivery drivers and I say well why did the person let me go through my whole entire order and give them my credit card number and s I can’t even tell you exactly what she said, but she hung up in my face after she said whatever that was that she said super bad Customer Service will never order again first impression btw

i always order shrimp lo mein and it’s always amazing!!! if you order by phone and go pick it up you’ll get food in no time. i have ordered delivery once and it made it here at a decent time. it’s one of the few Chinese takeout places that have survived around my area these past months, i recommend it! also the portions are heaping!!

We have been coming to this place for a long time. We had three orders tonight one of the orders was not tasting that fresh which is very unusual from this place cuz it’s always fresh and hot. It took us talking to three people to share this matter and the last person said they would have to investigate the matter. My wife asked if she could replace the meal. The little girl lady owner manager whoever she was said no we won’t and we have to investigate. That is horrible customer service. Wish you guys luck. We will not be coming back. Thanks
