Little hole in the wall diner with great food and very low prices. I got the biscuits and gravy and it was a large plate with two biscuits smothered in gravy, and only $5?!? They also break the biscuit up into perfect bite-sized pieces before putting the gravy on, which I loved. Service was fast and friendly. Plenty of seating, large booths. I will absolutely be back whenever I come back around that way.

First time here. The food is good . The service and atmosphere were great. This is well and above the last two places that were here. Went at the start of Happy hour and with the half price appetizers you can fill up at good prices. I recommend the salad bar very good with good selection, also the hillbilly home wrecker was very good. We got the steaks, they were a little over cooked, and not as tender as I like but had a good flavor. And was delighted that you can have a beer or wine with your meal. (We did not drink). Was very impressed that we met Santa, the Grinch, and one of Santa’s reindeer or a cute girl in a deer costume .

All the food was very good. Went for breakfast. The service was amazing. I got eggs bacon gravy and biscuits. The biscuits were out if this world. The gravy was not my preference. It was on the sweet side not my favorite but was OK. I would definitely go back. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu

Large breakfast, with chunky fried potatoes, delicious biscuit, eggs, sausage, and a pancake. They serve breakfast all day. So good. You can choose other variations of breakfast. Love their double bacon cheeseburger, for 4.50., between 3 and 6pm happy hour. Lots of good side dishes, like Mac and cheese, fried squash. Main entraes with 2 sides are also delicious. Fairly priced. Nice atmosphere, good music.

Place was extremely clean owner came out and spoke with us he was funny intelligent an entertaining. The food was cooked well and was absolutely delicious! I had the hamburger steak homemade coleslaw Mac and cheese with a baked potato. She had the shrimp with seasoned fries and homemade coleslaw and she loved it. P.S. she’s picky . We will definitely return. A wonderful experience and a nice meal in bassett finally!

Just got done eating here. The food is delicious. I had the popcorn shrimp basket and side salad. My hubby had the hamburger steak plate with a baked potato and corn. The food was cooked to perfection. The staff is wonderful. Especially Marie and her husband. I’ll definitely be going back!!!

The wife and I decided to eat yesterday evening at the Hillbilly Diner in Stanleytown, we decided to give them another try. The service was Awesome and the food was good. They have alot of good choices on the menu. I got their Buffalo wings and fries, my wife got the catfish platter and it was all so good. We will most definitely go back. I highly recommend. Very clean.

I had takeout. The Roast Beef and Turkey Plates are so wonderful. Both meats was very tender and juicy. The gravy for both was so smooth and very tasty! My son and I both loved the cabbage, squash and collard greens. I highly recommend giving this place a try!!
