John is hands down the best bartender I’ve ever met, and honestly, one of the best in the U.S. Every cocktail he makes is pure perfection: balanced, creative, and always on point. You don’t just get a drink, you get an experience. He remembers preferences, suggests amazing combinations, and somehow always knows exactly what you’re in the mood for. On top of that, his energy and vibe make the whole place better. If John is behind the bar, you already know your night is going to be great. Absolute legend.

Loved our first time experience here! Tastings before ordering, great bartender and service. Loved the indoor/outdoor options. Disappointed charcuterie was out at 5pm, but truly enjoyed the recommended Frasketta Pizza Romana just next door. Will certainly come back for a relaxing glass of wine with such great options.

What an amazing hidden gem! As a native of Apex, I really enjoy exploring and meeting new people that who relocate here. The wine and atmosphere were amazing. I met the owners and they were welcoming and friendly. They take their time to pair a wine you like. If you are a wine enthusiasts, you can join their monthly membership and enjoy wine tastings all month. If you go at night…make plans to enjoy the Christmas lights out back. Take a jacket or blanket and enjoy.
