I was in Grandview for a meeting and popped into Peace Love & Coffee for an energy drink, and I’m so glad I did. The ladies working were seriously so kind, helped me choose one, and made the whole stop feel easy and fun. Great vibe, great service, and exactly the pick-me-up I needed. Grandview Location – Shitty Coffee
asked for a white chocolate and macadamia nut latte, girl was confused came back twice asking if it was an americano each time told her no it was a latte and she responded “so you want a big train?” To which I said no I wanted a latte.
This is my 4th bad experience with this location.
I ended up being given a big train. If I wanted a big train I would ask for a big train.
Ask for a redbull drink half sweet , put all the pumps of flavor in regardless, was too sweet!

One day I went with my friend to get drinks for my coworkers. We asked for a drink carrier, but the one we were given was broken. When we picked it up, the drinks almost fell to the ground. The employee who handed us the drinks just looked at us and didn’t offer to remake them or apologize. It was very disappointing.

My family and I used to like this coffee shop, but we noticed over time the quality of service has deteriorated over the years. My daughters and I went today, The barista took what I thought was our order, good thing I repeated it as it wasn’t 100% accurate. After confirming my order and paying for the drinks, we pulled up to The next window, received what was supposed to be a blended drink, ended up being more like a water down drink. Forgot the whip that I had paid for, when I waited for them to open the window that was a different barista, when I ask for the whip, she glared at me and the look on her face seemed as she was annoyed, didn’t say a word just stared at me. I handed her my drink, she shut the window without saying a word. I ended up getting a drink back with the whip how I ordered and paid for it, she was so rude and had such a bad expression on her face. Not sure why this company continues allowing poor customer service, lots of reviews regarding that being an issue- with the two but experiences we’ve had In the past with Waiting a long time to get a drink combined with rude baristas, No Thank you- Last time we will take her business there. There are lots of other coffee shops in Grandview that have good tasting coffee and better customer service.

Honestly! This shop doesn’t even deserve a 1 star if I can give it a zero I would!!! So yesterday I had the worst experience ever! We get to the window and 1st of all they don’t have manners to even greet you well at the window. So this chic with short hair takes my order. I ordered a 32oz OMG Lotus she even wrote it down on the cup as I was ordering it and we gave her our card and paid and we moved onto the next window for pick up. So there we are my husband and me waiting 5 mins, 10 mins now going on for 15 mins and I told him this is ridiculous it’s just one drink and we kept looking at the window to see if we caught someone’s attention and finally after 5 more mins this other girl opens the window and asks us if we’ve been helped. I just looked at her “like are you kidding me” I told her yes we’ve been helped I’m just waiting for my drink it’s been more than 15 mins that we’ve been waiting here so she’s like I’m sorry I can get the drink started for you. I told her that’s not right that we’ve been waiting this long and you’re telling me that my drink hasn’t been made!!! At this point I’m already pissed! She kept asking what I ordered and I told her go ask your co-worker she knows, she’s the one that took my order and another girl walked to the wimdow and I’m like no not her the other one so they both turn towards the other girl and starting asking her if she took my order and she kind of was hesitant to even walk to the window and look at me she knew she screwed up but didn’t even own up to it she just said she thought someone had given me my drink. So she went and made my drink and just said “my bad about that! Really! That is the last time I go to the place and this is the second time I had an awful experience with them. Most of the employees there are so rude and I don’t even know why I even bother going there but this time was the last straw…never again! Plus whenever you complain to the owner she never does anything to apologize for her rude employees. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else!

The first time I got a coffee here, good bang for the buck. Last time I stopped sorry to say, not so good. I like to support local mom and pops whenever possible (or at least convenient) and I always try to say something good. Best thing here was the barista. She’s great. However, hands down the worst hazelnut latte I think I’ve ever had. Very bitter coffee and I’m pretty sure they used sugar free syrup.

Normally I don’t rate places this low and the drinks are really good but I always ask for a 32 and they always give me a 24 without fail. It’s like they are trying to get the extra money. I’ve had it, and will no longer be going here. I pay for a 32 I should be getting a 32.
