The only reason why I gave 4 stars, is because of the price. I paid over $17.00 for a medium size pizza,no drink,no dessert. But my review still positive, pizza was really good.

Multiple times this Saron Dr. Location has let me order online, Wait over an hour and then just cancel order. Staff is extremely rude. Told me to drive to the store if I wanted anything. They do not employ drivers only DoorDash and when Dashers don’t pick up they just cancel your order and keep your money for days. Don’t offer refund immediately.

Papa johns used to be awesome pizza. Not anymore. The past few times ordering here have been not the best but tonight was unacceptable. Ordered 2 large pizzas one lights sauce extra cheese and the other extra sauce extra cheese. Neither had extra cheese, one pizza wasn’t even cut at all and the other was all bubbles and just a mess. The crust on both was very dry and hard. Wasted money tonight. How do you even let this come out of your store? No pride in your work at all. It’s sad to say that Little Caesars is probably making the best chain pizza right now. I’ll take my business there next time

I waited and waited for my text message to pick up the pizza. I watched the process on my order page, but it never advanced. Five minutes after the later time suggested, I went in and asked for my pizza. There it was, on the shelf, no longer hot. I told the young man that i was waiting for the text message. He said “Oh sorry”. I thought I would just heat it up at home, but I was let down with sorry pizza that already tasted left over. Sadly, I had already put a tip on the bill. Maybe the employees should be better trained.

Where do I begin……The parking lot is very tight. I along with several other people waited in line, inside at least 30 min with no pizza. My order was “ready” at 630pm and I sat inside until 7pm(never recieved my food). There were jokes and comments in the back about not remembering to turn on the oven and remaking orders because no one knew what was going on. While all this mess is going on in the kitchen, I patiently waited. I look outside and an elderly lady hit my truck and started to drive off. I took that as my sign to leave. This would be a 0/5 if that was an option. No food, no service and a complete waste of time.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Papadia to go. Got to my destination and it was something else (chicken, cheese, ranch & onions; see picture). Went back a couple hours later and they made a new (correct) one at no cost and without hesitation. Very impressed!

I ordered a large vegetarian pizza to get a free 1 topping pizza. The vegetarian pizza was to be lite sauce and well done. The suppose to be free pizza was pepperoni and also well done, and I added mushrooms and black olives. I also ordered cheesesticks. The vegetarian pizza had pepperoni that my grandson had to pick off, because he doesn’t eat meat. The free pizza wasn’t free. I think he charged 8.99 for it. I don’t like to complain in person, so I’ll do it on the website.
