Late dinner….this was second time here….location and atmosphere were perfect for a conversational dinner. The establishment has a very pleasing decor. The service staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The chips and salsa were tasty and crispy. The food was prompt and portions were very ample. The sopapillas were hot and fresh and had a little sweetness to them. Very pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere….surroundings and food all make it a great place to meet and enjoy time together.

It’s been over 20 years the last time I went to PCs, but i went there with some coworkers recently and was pleasantly surprised by the food! I got the Christmas chicken Enchiladas and it was tasty! I really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken, and the chile was good too! Drinks were very reasonably priced as well. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant, but she was doing a great job! Will come back soon!

PC’s might be the most authentic New Mexican restaurant in Santa Fe. They’re not about a chef’s vision trying to be fancy culinary art, but you can taste the love. It’s just regular food for common people. Red chili beef or Green chili chicken enchilada casserole are Wednesday and Thursday specials. The Lentin meal special on Friday is very close to what grandma would make annually on Good Friday. Salmon patty, pinto beans, tomato sauce macaroni, and my favorite part, torta de huevo red chili. And one of the most important parts of Authentic New Mexican food, that most have forgotten, is the price. PC’s is still affordable. A place where the working people can sit down to a tasty meal without a giant bill. There’s also a small room with arcade games, and pinball. It has a modest, chill vibes bar with Zeppelin or oldies playing on the jukebox. This place might not be the cutting edge of the culinary world , but it’s a Santa Fe Southside gem where locals eat.

Had blue corn enchiladas (red) and they were amazing. The margaritas with an extra shot are so good! They were super simple but I couldn’t stop thinking about them. Definitely give this place a try.

The food at PC’s restaurant was delicious and well-presented. The menu offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.
While the overall dining experience was fantastic, I would have rated it a 5-star if the welcoming experience by the manager would have not made me feel uncomfortable. We got there 30 minutes before closing and I know how walking before closing can feel frustrating sometimes but from my own experience working in customer service the customer should never feel unwelcome.
However, the delicious food and excellent service made up for the slight delay.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying dining experience. It is a great place to enjoy delicious food in a cozy atmosphere.

First time at PC’s today for lunch, it was a good first impression. They have the best chicken nachos I have had in Santa Fe yet! We also had the chicarron burrito and the combination plate (chile on the side), both were good. The sopapillas are the not that good though, very bready. The prices are comparable to other places around town, but the portions of food are a bit larger. Definitely a place where the locals go, and it will be a go to for New Mexican food for us.
