The service was great. It’s the first time I’ve ever been to this restaurant. It looks really cool inside. The walls have murals painted on them. When you walk in the area that separates the register from the seating area is covered in greenery. On a dreary winter day, it immediately lifts your spirit. The food was good and it wasn’t crowded at all, of course it was on Monday at lunchtime when we visited. The menu is really large so lots of new items to try!

We had an amazing time at Las Palmas Mexican & Seafood! ✨ The food was fantastic—clearly made with care and attention, which you can really taste. While it does take a bit of time to be served, it’s evident that they prioritize quality over speed, and it’s well worth the wait!
The servers were incredibly attentive and polite, showing great patience, especially with our kids as they navigated the menu. They took the time to explain the dishes thoroughly, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
This was our second visit, and we loved it just as much as the first! If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food, excellent service, and a pleasant vibe, I highly recommend Las Palmas! You won’t be disappointed! ️

Great venue and super friendly staff! This place was colorful from top to bottom. I’ll have to try the margaritas next time. This time I got to try an array of foods- including some of the BEST tableside guacamole we’ve ever had. The seafood tacos were great. Really good rice on the side too.

We had never heard of Las Palmas but decided to give it a shot. We were greeted and seated immediately. The menu is extensive and it was difficult to make a decision because everything appealed. Husband got chimichangas which were fantastic. I got a burrito verdi…. fabulous! The Margarita Regular was perfect. Note: “regular” does not mean small! Food was plentiful and atmosphere festive. Our server was super friendly and good came very quickly! Try this place!

The portions are huge. You can actually split a meal with somebody, their Margarita flights are absolutely to die for. And quick Service.

By far my mexican favorite restaurant in rva. First off $2 taco Tuesday is a fantastic deal. Second the staff is so dang nice. Like there is always someone checking on you and they’re always friendly , drinks never empty. The food is the best I’ve had around west end, pork belly tacos are elite.

Great experience. Greeted by several staff members on a Friday evening. They encouraged us to speak Spanish which was fun. We were regularly checked on. The place was lovely. It’s a more modern look than the traditional Mexican restaurants. The music was great and there were large TVs playing soccer at the time. The food was awesome. Very good margaritas. I thought about it for days, wanting to go back. There’s a big seafood entree that looked yummy, not sure what it included but I want to find out!

Decided to try this place out with a few friends after it was highly recommended by my brother. Glad we came here when we did, because we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
The Food: I went with the Molcajete Mazatlan. All the seafood on the dish was cooked perfectly. The squid, fish, shrimp and more were all flavorful and delicious! I had no idea what it was when I ordered it, so when the food came out, the meal was huge! Towered with seafood in tasty seasoning.
The Service: Service was incredible! The waitress and staff were very friendly and had constant check ups. Water refills were always on point and food came out in a timely manner.
The Atmosphere: The decor was nice, very true to the Mexican decor and the overall setup of the tables and spacing was good.
Overall, a 5/5! Highly recommend Las Palmas!
