Had a fun experience playing with the kitties. They were friendly and the atmosphere in the cat lounge was calming. However, the front desk person was not very welcoming or friendly. Other staff were nice though. She complained about many people being in the place at once, stated “it must be golden hour, where everyone decides they need to be here at once.” She seemed annoyed, like she did not want our money. Did not know her name, but she had short green hair. Not very welcoming in my opinion. Will not go back, but I did love the cats.

What a delightful and inviting atmosphere this cat café offers! The owner and staff clearly have a deep affection for the cats, knowing each one’s unique personality and quirks. The cat room is thoughtfully arranged with an array of toys, cozy beds, and plenty of lounging and hiding spots, creating an engaging environment for the felines. It’s heartwarming to see special needs cats thriving in such a nurturing space. This café plays a vital role in supporting local rescue groups by providing a haven for foster cats, all in the hope of finding them loving forever homes. I wholeheartedly recommend this tranquil spot and look forward to visiting frequently; it’s truly a therapeutic experience surrounded by cats.

Hands down the best cat café in CNY! The staff are ridiculously sweet, the cats are tiny chaotic gremlins in the BEST way, and it’s literally a minute away from the largest mall in NY (perfect post-shopping ), and it’s cozy, welcoming, and guaranteed to make you laugh when a cat randomly parkours off the furniture for no reason. Plus, they genuinely support and celebrate the local community ️‍ . 10/10 would let a cat ignore me, step on my laptop, and knock over absolutely nothing (because they are innocent).

Cute cats! Peaceful and chill atmosphere. Cafe is separate from the cat room by a set of double doors, so the kitties don’t get out (but they try!) There are a few simple rules to understand for cat safety. I went mid-afternoon on a weekday and was the only visitor. Cafe has tons of options. LGBT+ friendly. Go to their site and book in advance or see what special events they have coming up!

This cat cafe was all the pet therapy my group could have asked for! When we arrived for our reserved hour, the cats seemed to be in nap time, but were very happy to have the attention we gave them. All of the cats were very friendly and well behaved and seemed to respond well to all ages. The staff was also very nice and made some awesome hot beverages. They even have a gluten free scone and vegan goodies from Fat Cats (but nothing both vegan AND gluten free, at least when I was there). Overall a lovely experience on a gray day while traveling in the area for work.

Such a great business. Lovely organizes environment. The treats and drinks were super delicious – even have bunch of vegan options. The cat room was immaculately clean. No scent of cat at all and you don’t leave covered in cat hair. I highly recommend going but make a reservation for cat time beforehand just to make sure you are able to play with them.

My daughter and I absolutely loved playing with the cats. I had never heard of the concept of having a cafe and getting to play with all the adoptable cats and kittens. It’s a wonderful addition to the community. As the cats get adopted new ones come in it’s a great partnership between the shelters and Pawsitivity cafe. I also need to add the drinks we had at the cafe were delicious. This place truly inspired me I would love to open a cafe like this.

My tween and I had a wonderful time visiting all the cats. It was so calm and relaxing in the cat room and we really enjoyed our time there. We enjoyed several of the beverages on the menu and had some yummy treats on our way out. We are really looking forward to doing a paint night soon!

I took my granddaughter to play with the kitties. This was such a great place. So relaxing with the soft music playing, so clean and comfortable. We were greeted with such a warm friendly smile and it was just an all around great experience. The cookies we had were delicious too. We will definitely be back.

I came here yesterday with a friend. It was pretty affordable. $14 for two people to stay for half an hour in the cat room. We also did buy three get one free cookie deal, but the cookies were extremely dry. The peanut butter was the best out of all of them but it’s on the smaller side. with each cookie being 1.25 while overall, we had fun. We have our small concerns with cat health. While at our stay in the cat room, one of the cats which I believe to be wedge threw up what looked to be roundworms? This cat vomit was also green, indicating that it hadn’t been eating, Most likely due to discomfort of the roundworm infection. which can spread to humans in small cases. roundworm eggs are extremely resilient and hard to clean the whole place needs to be clean to ensure infection does not spread and all cats should be taken to the vet. but our main concern is with the cats we believe that the cat that threw up the roundworm should be separated, and that the café should have a temporary “shutdown” and to pause cat adoptions for the moment to make sure all cats are in top health and not able to spread any infections and or sickness. also, they didn’t mention the fact that one of the cats had roundworm after the fact that it was seen to any of rest of the guests, even though the two of us saw them moving in the vomit AND TOLD THEM.. they continued to accept more guests and allow more guests to enter the cat room.

I must say that the owners/workers were nice, calm and Pleasant and it’s obvious they have a deep connection with the cats under their care but obviously not enough to evacuate them to a different room when their health is not in good condition. I would say different IF the worms were not moving but they were. meaning this cat is not passing worms due to getting the medication they need. because if that was the case, the worms would be dead. meaning this cat is not getting medicated I understand if the owners didn’t know until we brought it up and the worms were then spotted in the cats vomit. But we feel that the cat room should’ve been evacuated in this instance so that infection cannot spread beyond the café.
