This establishments PIZZA is legit!
Owner uses top notch quality ingredients. He and his staff does it like some of the best pizzarias in the world (including NYC) – from high quality mozzarella- to hand tossed pizzas, they even have a hot pizza stone oven for those Neapolitan style or NYC style crust with that lovely gold brown and slight char- if you are in the area I would HIGHLY advise to check it out- you haven’t had a good pizza pie in illinois until you have been here- Ive reviewed numerous dozens of pizzarias in my life and this spot with its small kitchen are one of the top 10#.

No kind of friendly, no good customer service. No welcome when entering the building. Dude just stared at us. Kitchen lady was cool. When leaving dude didnt say have a good day or anything. Pizza was ok. Reminded me of a Jacks pizza.

The owner Nick is great. Very honest and takes great care of his customers. The pizza is delicious. Friendly younger crowd mostly, but always well mannered. Definitely could be a five star easily, being a small business owner myself that’s a big compliment.

Fun local dive. Bartender is not very personable. If you’re not a regular he does not really acknowledge you. We tried to introduce ourselves to the owner, as a new local business owners. We were completely ignored 4 times. Drinks are a bit overpriced but with covid understood. The music was very good, the bar and restrooms are very clean and up-to-date. The weekends, when we went again, seemed a friendlier crowd. I recommend this bar for my guests to visit but not as a first choice… It is a hit-or-miss for a good time and a bit uncomfortable if you’re not regular.

Small but clean and well appointed local bar. Great prices, shuffle board, darts…outside patio. My only wish is that it was bigger. Can get a little crowded and tables are very few. Caters to a younger crowd than I am generally comfortable with, but I still go there fairly often. Older drinkers want all those things but prefer to be able to sit and converse instead of stand.
