I could give 0 stars I would!! ordered a double bacon cheeseburger burger and cheese fries. Fries looked and tasted 2 days old I barely ate them. My burger didn’t taste cooked and my bacon was still raw. The lettuce and tomatoes weren’t fresh just wet/soggy?? It’s been 3 days after eating from here and I have been constipated, cramping, and nauseous. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN!! I should have listened to others. I do not recommend at all.

I guess don’t expect them to know how to read lol. I’ve been ordering for years and it’s never been bad until recently. My allergies are sensitive to ketchup and that’s why I ordered the meal with 2 PLAIN beef dogs. Was excited to eat a simple meal and Instead I receive stale fries and hot dogs that have been destroyed by ketchup AND spicy mustard. I’ve lost my appetite and wasted my money. This is why I try not to add special instructions or ask for modifications most times because it always turns out wrong but this is ridiculous, i didn’t ask for any toppings on my hot dogs. I can’t eat them. And the fries are like cardboard, you can make better ones at home for sure, looks like they made them at home. My problem isn’t the way it looks it’s the quality and it’s like they didn’t try this time. Hope you guys get better for than I did.

I want to start off by saying I been going to the Original Ranch house since I was a baby. The original Red ranch house. If I can give this other place a Zero I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Got hung up on twice (wasn’t the only one) after the man on the phone said HE can’t understand me…..okay. Then I tried to speak slow with him still hung up. I call back he said call back in 10 minutes they are busy. I ordered on DoorDash for pickup to simply make things more convenient for EVERYONE. I get there, tell them my order and one of the workers says my order will be done soon just waiting in curly fries. I SEEN NO GLOVES ON HANDS…. GOOD LORD THEN CLUBS LET OUT , it’s now 1:20, got there at 1:05am ALREADY PAID. Places gets flooded with hungry clubbers. Waited another 20 minutes (in the car) come back in to see the curly fries I believe were mine bagged into another order then given to the most obnoxious customers (maybe to get them out faster). Time is now 1:50 and I asked the front counter guy where is my doordash I paid and it says it should be ready. Guy tells me… “ohh that order been picked up long time ago” waving ME off LOL. I told him i already paid, his response “nothing I can do, NEXT person”. STICK TO THE ORIGINAL RED RANCH HOUSE. THESE ARE LATE NIGHT IMPOSTERS. You are better off waiting for 6am for the real ranch house seriously.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews in fact I really used to like this place. Saturday night after hanging out I went to The Ranch House ordered a hot dog and wings. They forgot my hot dog which I was willing to wait for. They then proceeded to laugh and make fun of me and call me fat because I ordered a hot dog and wings not knowing that the second order was for someone else. They had visibly put salt on my hot dog. Who does something like that? If I could prove to the health department that they put salt on my hot dog I would have the place shut down. I will never order here again!

My poor Husband ordered a hamburger and mushroom calzone, they didn’t even bother to cook the hamburger before putting it in the calzone. They don’t follow any directions. How unacceptable. Disgusting.

This place is pretty bad. Not sure if I’ve seen many restaurants this terrible. The food was all burnt, hard as rocks, falling apart. The burgers had old rotten lettuce and tomato. I will never get anything again here.

Driving down main St in Hartford, and was hungry and decided to give this place a shot. Let me say that style and ambience were not factors in the creation of this restaurant. It’s a drab shack with even more so drab employees. The food does offer a small shining light whereas it is cooked and good. Prices could be a bit cheaper but not too bad overall.

Chill hot dog was good along with the hamburger. If you need a quick bite and late this could place. We visited this place after late nite show in Hartford and found useful when you were hungry.
