Our waitress is new, it was refreshing to have someone honest!!! Asked her preference on 2 meals and she apologized she hasn’t eaten either cuz she’s a vegan. But offered 2 choices she can eat. I went with the chicken Alfredo and am I happy I did!!! Worth the price! And even have left overs for tom!

Hands down the best and cleanest pizza in the state. Super friendly, family-style place with amazing people. The pizza is awesome, and the pastas, burgers, and sandwiches are just as good. Was very upset to see a giant hair in my pizza tonight. And before you ask, no it isn’t mine and no it wasn’t placed. The food was also cold even though I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Very very disappointed with this experience…hoping it can be remedied.

I ordered from here on Doordash last week and my food was great (as always) but my cats implored me to come on here and give them a 5-star rating for the cardboard crate they sent the food in. I Ordered a Dinner Linguine with Marinara Sauce with side garlic bread w/Cheese! I was Very excited when my dinner came from the Server lady who Was Very Pleasant&Made sure that my Dining experience was good. ️ When I took my first Few Bites into the Linguine I Noticed it Had a Very Surprising amount of “Heat&Spice” to the Sauce which Challenged my Taste buds&Appetite, “Lol” if your a fan of Spicy Italian Food,PLEASE Come Check out Paul’s Pizza Restaurant in Vernon,CT! Paul’s Pizza is a local favorite on Rt 83. They are not just a pizza place! We had a late Tuesday dinner. The restaurant is super modern with everything renovated. The waitstaff person was super although I can’t recall her name. Food was excellent and came out quickly. My wife loved her clam strips, and the accompanying fries were really good too (coleslaw was ok but could use a bit my zing). I had a grilled chicken calzone that was tasty with a generous amount of chicken and cheese inside a crispy crust. Nice marinara. Highly recommended.

Ordered pizza and wings. The person who took the order put in the wrong wings. I called to let them know they sent over the wrong wings and they sent over a delivery driver an HOUR later with the new wings saying that we have to also pay for the wings we were actually supposed to get because someone ate 2 wings out of the wrong order not realizing that is not what I ordered. We told them just take both wings back because that is ridiculous. Why should I pay for your mistake? That’s not how you run a business. They sent the delivery driver back another HOUR AND A HALF later with the right wings AGAIN saying we can just have them. By that time which was about 3 HOURS LATER we no longer wanted them. I regret tipping these people and wasting my money on supporting their business. NEVER again.

When I moved to Vernon a few years ago, I had no idea where to order pizza or grinders from until I discovered Pauls Pizza. Their cheeseburger grinders are one of my favorites, but any grinder that I’ve ordered from there has been really good. Their pizzas are amazing. Will not go anywhere else.
