The initial atmosphere seems very upscale, but for some reason we got seated by the bar and TVs, which is NOT classy. It is a beautiful restaurant on the inside. The exterior definitely belies that. Everything we ate was delicious. Classic dishes. Limited gluten free options, but there were a few. Our waiter wasn’t horrible, but definitely struggled a bit with a good rhythm of checking on us/hovering too much. It wasn’t overly busy, but he may have had all the tables in our area, I didn’t pay attention to that part.

On October 23, 2025, my wife and I went to happy hour at Paulo & Bill. We ordered a pizza and a charcuterie board from the happy hour menu.
The pizza came out perfectly crisp, and the charcuterie board was generous and well-balanced. Robert provided recommendations and excellent service — attentive without being intrusive.
Here is the crazy thing. We casually mentioned to Robert that we were staying at the hotel across the parking lot. I forgot my jacket and someone from the restaurant took the time to bring it to our hotel.

Came in on Valentine’s, it was not very busy at all. We were early for our 8:30 reservation but we were seated immediately so that was awesome! Food was very good. Our server took our order and then we never saw them again. No water refills or asking if we wanted another round of drinks. We were planning on it. Very nice though. Overall not a great experience but like I said, the food was very good.

Use to be Paulo & bills. Now that it is Paulo’s it has changed just a tad. Our service was fantastic, the manager came to check on us and the food was very good. There are a few things regarding the food that we discussed with the manager who cared . Overall it is absolutely great and there is usually a transition when a restaurant has changed some ownership. The crab cakes were absolutely amazing, the fillet steak was great & brownie dessert phenomenal. We like that the chef is creating new desserts and items. Variety of food options and desserts will keep you coming back!

Solid 4.8, we came after a bad experience with Olive Garden. Here we found fresh food that all appeared to be made fresh. The pasta Alfredo was outstanding and I am very picky with Alfredo. The Empanadas were awesome. Service was excellent, wait staff well trained and friendly. The only reason for a 4.8 vs 5 was the garlic bread was a bit cool when it reached the table. The taste was still very good though! Just a bit hard. I would definitely come back and recommend.

Their red sauce was much too spicy. I ordered basic spaghetti and meatballs and the sauce was so spicy my mouth was on fire. It was disappointing because other than that, the food could’ve been great. Their is no way my grandkids could/would eat their sauce.

We sat outside on Father’s Day. Beautiful patio. Had Lobster Pappardelle…SO DELICIOUS! Paired great with their Chardonnay house wine. My husband has the delicious pork chop meal. and the Tiramisu was also wonderful!

Food was great, waitress was super nice and helpful. The food had good flavor that didn’t try to play it safe. Cesar salad actually tasted like one with a bit of anchovie taste(which is what a real Cesar is made with). Garlic bread and pesto was delicious. Both our pasta dishes had bold flavor. Only thing was maybe add more salt to the pasta when cooking, but that’s more of a preference thing, and I understand you need to keep salt use low for some.
