This place has delicious fresh tasting food. All food tried has fresh handmade flavors. Customer Service was wonderful with Paula and her mother working hard in the kitchen. We left feeling full and satisfied. Absolutely recommend with a much deserved 5 stars.

There were clean tables available but the girl sitting me down wiped the table top so now it was wet, I was able to move to a dry clean table. Salsa and chips with salsa are free.

Had a fantastic dinner here with fantastic service (Jose). Had the ranchera chicken and shrimp and it had fantastic flavor. Came with a salad (with a chilled fork!) and excellent salsa and chips. Others in my party got fajitas, quesadillas, everything was top notch!

I always love a good fajita. No need to order appetizers, your table will be served warm tortilla cups and salsa. Any entree comes with mini salad or soup, two sides. Again, way too much food for me to finish it all. Friendly staff

All around, this restaurant is such a win. I’ve never had a better Chile relleno in my life. It was extremely fresh, lightly breaded. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever had a proper Chile relleno until now. Everything in this restaurant is homemade, except for the tortillas. Our server, Jose, told us that they make the salsa in house, the chips are made in house and fried in vegetable oil, not lard, so that vegetarians can eat them. You can really tell that the salsa and chips are not out of a bottle and bag. They’re uniquely spiced and seasoned. Nothing overwhelming, just subtly sooooo good. Jose is the best server. You’re lucky if you get him. If there was a competition for outstanding customer service, Jose wins. My husband had the chicken mole. His comments are, “if you ever wonder what people are talking about when they say ‘cooked with love’, then you need to come here”. He also said the only bad thing about the restaurant is that they don’t sell the salsa in barrels to take home. They really, really treat you well here. Jose treated us like royalty. I will come out here (it’s an hour away from where I live) just to eat here. So authentic, so well done, so much like they really care and have so much pride in their restaurant. Can’t recommend enough.

The spice for the food was on point. I got the fajita plate with mix meat. The chicken, steak, and shrimp was juicy and moist. Had their homemade flan for dessert.

Paulina’s Mexican Grill is a must for anyone looking to have a fine dining experience. It’s Mexican food on a level different from what we may be used to, a higher level. The sauces used for their Chile relleno and enchiladas felt so delicate and full of flavor. The rice is so fluffy and refried beans mashed to the perfect consistency. I felt like I was dining in an upscale restaurant somewhere in Mexico.

As in town on a business trip and had a craving for authentic Mexican food. In my search I found Paulina’s. There is a reason for the 4.7 star overall rating, this place is legit. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, ambiance, and delicious food. If you are in the area or plan on visiting, stop in – you will not be disappointed.

This is the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been to many in my lifetime and this one won me over the first time. I grew up down the hill in LA county so my expectations were high. The server is so polite and cheerful. The atmosphere reminds me of my late grandmother’s house. The food isn’t greasy or slathered in cheese. Proportions are perfect. We were seated right away, served in a timely manner, the list of good things go on. I don’t have a single complaint. This is truly a hidden gem of the desert and deserves to be recognized.
