Their Salmon Weekend Special (on photo) is sooo goood. Everyone needs to drop everything and go get it asap. Sweet & spicy balance is unusual but perfect. I also added shrimps as an extra and never regretted it.

1st time here, everything is great. We had the chimi churri steak and the salmon, everything was cooked just right and delicious. Love the attention to detail, from the cleanliness of dining area and bathrooms, the table cloths and silverware….even the music. The meal and service were both top notch. I got the creamy veggie soup which had a bit of spice to it and the molcajeta with beans and rice. Both fantastic. Salsa is great too. And the servers were super attentive and friendly. Lastly, the pricing is very fair for the amount and quality of food.

In town on business and was really happy I chose Paulina’s for dinner. Food, service, everything was as good as it gets. Celery chicken soup was incredible!

The food here is amazing. We had a long wait, possibly our fault for going at a busy time, but there were a few big parties and not enough staff on duty, I think they got surprised.

This place has delicious fresh tasting food. All food tried has fresh handmade flavors. Customer Service was wonderful with Paula and her mother working hard in the kitchen. We left feeling full and satisfied. Absolutely recommend with a much deserved 5 stars.

Good Mexican spot in strip mall. I got the nopales vegetarian fajitas – a unique take on the dish and tasted great. Salsa was stellar. Service was great. Good prices on beer.

I just had the best Enchiladas Verde in my life! And, in a wonderful atmosphere with very professional and nice staff. I felt like a guest invited to eat in a very nice home. The soup that came with my meal was flavorful and at the right portion to enjoy my enchiladas dish. If I lived here, Paulina’s would be my go to spot!

There were clean tables available but the girl sitting me down wiped the table top so now it was wet, I was able to move to a dry clean table. Salsa and chips with salsa are free.
The Salsa is has no kick It taste like diced tomatoes onion and cilantro. No real Serrano spice kick to it.
I also noticed all the patrons sitting around were all white american . So spice May not be their thing.
Prices on their webpage are off by $2 on burritos, just FYI.
The waiter was kind enough to have two Serrano peppers salted and grilled that saved the day thank you Jacob
Overall a pretty good experience but because of their prices I’ll probably try another comparable burrito or taco restaurant next time I’m here in the Victorville area
Remember internet prices don’t match with their actual prices and should be corrected since most people are on a budget

What an incredible find. The food was excellent and the service was great. They have excellent salsa and all of the food was good.
I believe this is ran by a family as it just has the feel. Everything seems to be handled with care.
Next time I’m in town I will definitely visit again.
