Very cute and cozy cafe. Have small tables inside and big terrace. Young and friendly stuff. Good for tasty breakfast after morning walk in a park. Also good for launch meetings. Big range of desserts and bread products. Pet friendly on a terrace. They didn’t have decaf and Turkish coffee (27July 2022). Book table before visit.

We’ve been to PAUL’S so many times in different countries, but it was the worst experience from my perspective.
We were sitting outside and watching a beautiful mountain view but experienced awful service at the same time.
We waited for waiters for about a couple of minutes to get the menu, but everything we got was a short nod towards the QR code on the table without a single word.
Tables were dirty but to be honest they laid a paper cover.
The waitress brought me a coffee spilled all over the plate and it was absolutely normal for her.
The Benedict eggs sandwich was tasty and the coffee itself was pretty good.
So even with tasty food I strongly don’t recommend this place.

Strictly coffee place, if you want food just go somewhere else. The onion soup would easily scare somebody from France, half-done onions in a heavy broth, served in >30 minutes. Really mediocre place under facade of a great restaurant

Paul is a major coffee chain/ bakery and this store in particular lives up to the cleanliness and service you would expect from the chain.
We ordered two ice lattes to go, looking around the bakery bearing in mind it was past 4 pm there was not a lot of selection of fresh breads or baguettes to choose from apart from that this is a good place to sit outside and enjoy being close to vake park.

The desserts are super good but I cant say the same about dishes. It is overpriced and it is not even that good. The Pasta I ate was very bad. I was dissapointed because the price does not meet the quality and taste. Maybe you can go there just for desserts

The menu is great, but everything else is disgusting. The tables are dirty, there was some goo with human hair in it on my table and the server didn’t bother to clean it. Waiting for food is longer than anywhere else. Everyone is smoking but that’s normal in Tbilisi (1 in 3000 has lung cancer here). So yeah, unless you order delivery, I strongly recommend to avoid.
