Let me start off off by saying thank you the great customer service. The young lady is very humble, kind and grateful so big ups to you young lady for such an incredible personality however I ordered shrimp , rice and broccoli the shrimp is literally bad, not fresh at all and soggy. I only ate the broccoli and then all that sauce in there taste like water. It’s not worth it AT ALL.

The lady at the register who takes phone orders rarely gets them correct. It seems like she doesn’t fully understand or repeat what is being ordered. As a result, the delivery driver often has to come back to drop off missing items or correct mistakes, and then has an attitude on top of it. This is not the customer’s fault, accurate order-taking is essential. Please take the time to listen carefully and repeat orders back so this doesn’t keep happening.
Additionally, some prices on the menu don’t match what’s listed online or what the register rings up. The food itself is very good, but these issues make the experience frustrating. The previous person who took orders did a much better job.

I ordered the Mongolian beef from the chef special I tried to try something new but I should’ve known better I was hoping the price would reflect the quality but unfortunately it didn’t this is supposed to be beef but idk what meat that is the meat was white like chicken breast and was discolored with a reddish color as if it wasn’t cooked all the way The host offered to exchange my food but I only ordered chicken wings and fried rice and they refused to refund me the difference at first after a little back and forth they agreed to refund me as long as I returned my previous order. What I will say is they sent out my new order very quickly and there was no issue with it

Taste: Lo Mein tasted pretty good, average taste.
The portion of the fries is big. But it tastes pretty straight forward, no seasoning.

Very clean and nice restaurant. I’ve only tried a few things and they were all okay. It’s not something to rave about but it’s decent enough. The service is pretty fast, and even though the prices seem a bit high they give you a ton of food. They also have a wide selection for vegetarians and their standard menu is huge. Worth giving a try at some point for sure since there aren’t many Chinese restaurants in the area.

The woman in front is very rude and inattentive. I asked her for fish over rice and she gave me pork fried rice. When I asked her why she just got upset and ignored me. Fortunately I got my money back and a lesson not to trust people that don’t care about what are they doing or being attentive. Avoid this cheesy place.

I had a really bad experience with this restaurant. I ordered my meal off of Uber eats. The food was pretty tasty, as I’m eating something told me to look at the spoonful I was about to put in my mouth, and I discovered a roach in the meal!!!!!! I wanted to vomit! I notified ubereats with a picture of the rodent that I found in my food. I was super disgusted! Never again!!!
