Paul Gregory’s is a cute bistro located in a great part of Southington. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, it’s BYOB which is always a good time and the staff is amazing. Gigi, our waitresses has the best attitude and is the sweetest! Ashley, the owner, hands down the best person in the industry! The plates are beautifully plated and have lots of flavor and love put into each and every dish. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the food! This is definitely a place to go on a Saturday or Sunday morning for breakfast! Soon we will be trying their lunch and can’t wait to be blown away!

I went to Paul Gregory’s quite recently with my family and we were pleasantly surprised. We often frequent other breakfast spots in the area but our first time here did not disappoint. The pancakes were incredible and our server, Matt, was extremely friendly. He had a grand smile on his face and a pep in his step! Will be back for more!!!!!!!!! Lovely, lovely, lovely – Aidan

Had the opportunity to go here for breakfast this morning. We were greeted by Matt who would become our server with a smile and “good morning”. We sat outside, Matt was very attentive to ensure we were happy and had full cups of coffee. The breakfast sandwich on their house made English muffin was wonderful as was the fig, arugula, prosciutto egg flatboy. Good service and excellent meal… highly recommend

Poor service long wait time didn’t get our food for over 40 minutes and accused of not paying when we were at the counter trying to pay.. the owner addressed the issue and I changed the review .. we did not order from the lunch menu but we (my brother and I) appreciate the response and hard work a small business owner puts into it. I’m sure the food is great.

Food was good. Service was not. The waitress never came back to check on us after getting our food, we never got more water, and my brother never got part of his meal. She didn’t write anything down so she forgot things

Went for mother’s day today. Had an 1130am reservation. Got there 1115. Checked in. Didn’t get seated until after 1230. Waited till 115, no waiter or waitress took our drinks order. So we left. Walked next door to smoking with Chris. They sat us and took our drinks order in 2 minutes. Will not be going back to this place and will not be recommending it to anyone.

We made a reservation for 7 people and everything could be excellent, except that they gave us a table for dolls that was too small to fit the plates of food or the cups of coffee. We asked for another table to which they told us that there were no more when of course there were several empty tables for almost an hour because we could only stay for 50 min. for the discomfort we had.
