Cima is a journey that doesn’t cost airfar. You’re literally transported to the Mediterranean from start to finish. Our waiter Michael was so kind and honest with what we should order for our party. Definitely go to CIMA and enjoy amazing food.

This was my first time enjoying the redesigned restaurant, surely not the last. My potato leak soup was delicious and hot, just the way I like. Mushroom pasta was delightful, everything was seasoned just right and it felt like the level of flavors kept building. Service Anna provided was superb, friendly and on point with timeliness. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
Habib was a generous host, learning about the private room and meeting spaces was a huge plus.

We really enjoyed our meal at Cima. It was located in the Hyatt Centric so where we were staying so sort of stumbled upon it. We were really happy we did. It feels both upscale and casual all at once. Good wine and beer choices which is all we drink so can’t comment on the cocktails. My husband and I shared two small plates and had plenty! We ordered the baked feta and an orecchiette pasta that were both amazing! They were different and fresh tasting and we liked that they used local sourced ingredients. The staff were all very attentive and it just felt like an experience! I absolutely recommend it!

Amazing restaurant. Newly remodeled, very clean, and very modern. The atmosphere was great and our server, Isaac, was very polite and friendly. The sea bass was extremely tender and flavorful, and the mushroom ragout was very tasty. The bread was freshly baked, and the chocolate desert was amazing. 10/10 experience.

We were playing at 2Rivers casino and decided to have dinner at the new Cima restaurant across the street at the Hyatt Centric. Comfortable, upbeat modern atmosphere with friendly employees. Our dinner was absolutely perfect! Best steak I’ve ever had! It’s clear the kitchen works hard to put out such high quality food. The food and beverage director Rohit was charming and fun to talk to as well. We will definitely dine here again!

Food was great, however our waiter seemed to have been intoxicated. On Saturday March 7th, our service for three people took over two hours, and we waited 30 minutes to just place a dessert order. Our waiter took very long in between ordering (especially towards the end of our stay), would over offer us “shots of tequila” (twice, after 2/3 of our table made it clear they don’t drink), and then would say certain things that were incoherent or gibberish. I also tried to wave the female manager down, and she seemed to also have ignored me or got too flustered to come speak to us. We complained officially to the hostess on our way out, we hope management sees this message and addresses this issue with their waiter, it made us uncomfortable and service was very poor.

Awesome food, drinks, and overall environment! Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and quite friendly without being overbearing. I had the mushroom ragout (vegan) and was delighted to have finally found somewhere that makes a proper, protein-packed vegan dish that’s not just fake meat. It was flavorful and filling, and the vegan ice cream was the perfect dessert to top it off.
Will absolutely be coming here any time I’m traveling to Chicago!
