I went to PAUL expecting good food, but what really stood out to me was the customer service. In a time where technology is everywhere and genuine human connection feels like it’s slowly disappearing, experiences like this really matter.
Wilson, our server, was outstanding. Friendly, kind, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took his time, explained the products with pride, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. No rush, no pressure — just someone who truly cares about the customer experience. You can tell when someone is proud of their job, and Wilson absolutely is.
And yes, the food was astounding — beautifully made and delicious — but what made the visit special was the way we were treated. Service like this is something that should be appreciated and recognized.

Nice French Cafe in the cnter of the Multiplaza Shopping Mall.
Looks nicer and inviting than the real experience.
Food is nicely presented, but better looking than tasty.
Expresso was not as good as hoped and very basic presentation.
Sandwich was delicious ….
But …. Maybe over priced for what one really gets.
Great view – for people watching. Light and airy atmosphere with few walls and columns allowing a clear view of the mall center court.

I have been to sooooooo0 many Pauls around the world. This store doensgt deserve the name Paul. The service is absolutely Atrocious. Its horrible. We decided to eat on the patio which had only one other patron sitting in. The waiter came after 15mn of us seating to take adring order tghe drinks came another 15mn later then we waited 10 minutes to place a food order. We ordered a Pasta dissh the signature onion soup and a fish dish. All and all we were able to have lunch in 2.5 hrs for 3 items and two drinks. Absolutely horrendous. We were staying at tghe w hotel to which Paul is attached from the outside. So i decided to go back this morning to take a sandwich to go. I asked for the dieppois which is the tuna sandwich. A true “Crudite Thon” specialty and renown sandwich. The lady asked me if i wanted the croissant or the sandwich, i said the sandwich. They grabbed the sandwich and went to the kitchen with it. I waited 5mn and asked where is my sandwich thinking that maybe they were wrapping it. Waited another 7minutes pacing in the store but now blatantly being loud and asking where is my sandwich. They said it was coming, which i didnt understand why waited another two minutes only to find out that they were WARMING my sandwich??????????????????? Its Tuna and Salads and crudites why in the World is the sandwich being warmed up and why diud i have to wait 15mn to find out thats what. they were doing. The food is still great the pastries aRE STILL GREAT BUT THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND COMPLETELY TURNED ME OFF

While Paul has some attractive desserts, my wife had the tartan de prosciutto and found a fish bone. Not sure how you get a fish bone in an open sandwich. Spoke to staff, they removed the bone and left us. When I paid they still maintained the item on our bill and asked for a tip on top.

I enjoyed my visit to Paul as a slightly upscale mall restaurant. The food and service were both well executed and it was a filling meal. I had the fettuccine with shrimp and it didn’t disappoint. The chocolate cake for dessert was ok, but that didn’t detract from the meal.

“The service went down dramatically in December. Today, I ordered an Americano that never arrived. Twenty minutes later, a waitress came to ask if something was missing in my order, and I requested my coffee again. Eleven minutes later, I left. The service was 100% deficient. I have been coming to this place for years and always sit at the same table.”
The service has declined a bit; they take longer to respond initially. I visited about 2 weeks ago and left without assistance as no one attended to me.
Today, there was a noticeable 7-8 minute lapse with no visual contact with clients at the table during the event.

El chocolate caliente con crema Chantilly es una delicia. El servicio es bastante bueno; el personal reconoce a los clientes frecuentes y sus preferencias. La supervisora colombiana es excelente, muy profesional y atenta a todo. Siempre me recibe con una sonrisa, sabe lo que me gusta pedir y en qué mesa prefiero sentarme.”

The hot chocolate with Chantilly cream is delightful. The service is quite good, with the staff recognizing frequent customers and their preferences. The Colombian supervisor is excellent, very professional, and attentive to everything. She always welcomes me with a smile, knows what I like to order, and which table I prefer.”

The food was delicious and the desert was very delicious and everything is good but when I finished eating, i want a check out is took me 30 minutes waiting for pay and the service was slow when i order a dessert is took a lot of time waiting to come out. Everything is good expect the service is working slow
