I do love this place, but on my most recent visit I must sadly report that the main dish I ordered — the tofu kebab — was vastly too salty. It was difficult for me to finish eating it, but appetite prevailed. And fortunately I could counteract the salt with some “no-moo” ice cream downstairs at Herrell’s. Otherwise the food was delicious — a red lentil soup to die for, and a side salad with tahini dressing. Service was excellent.

Dining at Paul and Elizabeth’s is always a treat, especially if you are a vegetarian or into healthy eating. On our most recent visit we had the fish lunch special and a house salad, both of them delicious!

Amazingly kind. The butternut bisque is to die for. I’ll be back to the seafood chowder. The pie…just look at that walnut oat.Rosalyn was incredible. She totally crushed it. Come in and ask for her.

Always consistent and delicious! I recommend the rice platter with fried tofu and rice croquettes. The Tempura is also a great choice, and it comes with the same creamy Asian-style sauce as the veggie platter.
Dining at Paul & Elizabeths’ is always a reliable experience, with consistent quality every time. For under $20, you get a filling meal that even includes a fresh salad with delicious homemade dressing of your choice.
They’re also very good about dietary preferences they have tons of v and gf options.
This is a great safe option if you’re bringing out a friend who is picky or an elderly person who complains a lot. The staff is just super accommodating and I can always expect to be treated distinctly well when I’m here.

The menu, the appetizers & entrees were AMAZING… inversely, the service was HORRENDOUS and the desserts were TASTELESS!!!
Servers, no matter their experience level, know not to reach across guests to place dishes or retrieve plates, particularly when you are paying upwards of $50 per person! And the attentiveness, professionalism and friendliness of the server for a group of 6️⃣ or more did not emulate the automatically 25% assessed gratuity! For someone who has patronized eateries across the country and abroad, we have never experienced this before.
Lastly, Beware of the HIDDEN CHARGES. I understand the need for credit card charges in the current economic climate. However, I do not see a need for $10 up charge.
Do Better.

I was skeptical at first because my friend’s chat gpt suggested it. We diddly realize we were in for such a treat! I got the potato leek soup and the Scallops. Absolutely amazing!! Loved the food, service and atmosphere! I would take a trip out there again just to go there again!

Absolutely love the food here for decades now, but a couple things rubbed me the wrong way last time we ate here for my wife’s birthday dinner last month. We had a reservation for a Saturday at 7 pm and when we arrived the hostess asked us to “wait in the hallway until our table was ready” in a somewhat rude way with no apology or explanation. Finally seated at 7:15 and apologized to profusely by our very nice waitress, we then learned that the fish and chips that several of us were looking forward to was out of stock as well as 3 or 4 other dishes including all the seafood options. How do you not stock enough supplies to get you through a busy Saturday? I settled on some pasta dish as I didnt want to make a scene or upset the celebration in any way, but it was very disappointing after looking forward ti it all week. Next time we’ll make sure to eat early so you don’t run out of supplies! ♂️

Very few restaurants combine healthy and delicious food so seamlessly. Add in the bustling but elegant atmosphere, AND supportive of young children in the party. Wish this place was closer to home.

This restaurant has been an amazing staple of the Northampton community for as long as I can remember. The food is simple and simply just good.
If you’re not strictly vegetarian, try the fish options. The broiled cod is great.

They’ve nailed their salmon lunch special, which I’ve enjoyed a handful of times. This visit, in particular, was sad because the spicy shrimp/cod/scallop dish was cold… The tofu/rice cake/kale dish was tasty and crunchy in all the right areas, and the waitress was pleasant, redeeming the cold meal offense.. slightly.
