I have been coming to this location since it opened. The last few years the service and food haven’t been the best. I was pleasantly surprised this time. I ordered a pick two with broccoli cheddar soup and a tomato basil BLT sandwich. I got the French baguette as a side. I had a lemonade to drink and also got a kitchen sink cookie. Everything was accurate and tasted great. There was no wait for the food in the drive through line. They ran out of medium cups so they gave me a large for free. They also ran out of silverware but I didn’t mind. Overall this was a great experience.

I got lunch for my lady and I spending about $40. We got 2 “you pick 2” meals. She enjoyed hers just fine but my sandwich had issues and she was laughing at me the whole time. The under slice of bread was torn in half long ways so when I went to pick up my sandwich it literally fell apart in my hands. It was a chicken avocado BLT and it didn’t have the garlic aioli on it and a measly little avocado. The chicken slices when I bit into some of them were still frozen in the middle. Also I opted to get the baguettes to dip in our soup since it’s offered as free but it was left out even though it’s on the receipt. Luckily we had baguette at home for the last to dip because she asked specifically for that so she had bread to dip. I even checked the bag best I could and since I saw most of everything I assumed it was good.

After reading other reviews I get this now- check your orders before you leave. I even had to ask for drink cups when I ordered drinks. I didn’t think they were that busy but to only have to make two half sandwiches I wish they would’ve taken the time to give me a proper assembled sandwich.. I hate leaving negative feedback but that sucked ESPECIALLY for $40

Should have read the reviews first. This was the advertised sandwich and the other picture what we received. Tasted only the bread. Will be sure not to go back to this location.

I ordered a simple sandwich at Panera and specifically did not ask for bacon. When my food came, it had bacon all over it. I cannot eat bacon for religious reasons, so this was not just a minor inconvenience — it was extremely upsetting.

When I brought it up, the manager accused me of lying and refused to remake the sandwich or do anything about it. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a restaurant before. Not only was the mistake unacceptable, but the complete lack of empathy and professionalism from management made the entire situation far worse.

I will not be returning to this Panera, and I strongly suggest others think twice before eating here. If they can’t respect customers’ dietary restrictions — or at the very least show basic courtesy when they make a mistake — they don’t deserve your business.

We teach at a local school and placed a delivery order. They left an item out of the order and Charles the manager tried to blame the DoorDash driver even though his employees checked it off the receipt taped to the bag. Charles the manager was less than helpful. He did the bare minimum and offered to refund the $7.99 for the you pick two and and gave a half-hearted apology. So now my colleague has no lunch, and Panera won’t have our business any more. Understand that we are practically across the street and as teachers we can’t leave during the day to get a new sandwich. A good customer service move would have been to have someone deliver it. PS The soup was terrible, too.

Excellent service! Workers named Sydney, Laila, and Vlada were super nice and quick! Food was exquisite, especially the broccoli cheddar soup! Atmosphere was pleasing and inclusive.

I should’ve looked at the previous review about chicken bacon rancher sandwich….. the fact that it’s routinely made like that at this location is unacceptable. See my picture of the “sandwich” below. I also ordered a french onion soup that had no cheese in it. the melted cheese is my favorite part. Also did not give me any croutons. I expected the apple to be forgotten but that somehow made it into the bag so thanks for that. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be coming back.

A nice lady that I care about gave me a fifteen dollar gift card for christmas. I said , okay , I’ll try them again , but they’re a rip off. Well panera you never disappoint me. There is no one on planet earth who could make this salad tolerable with this quarter size dressing. 80 cents for an extra cup times however many people come through your stores every day.No wonder you’re still in business.

The staff are very helpful and polite and know the job that they’re doing, you have a vast amount of food and drink to choose from and the food is remarkable as well. Orders get prepared really nice and quick and all the items we had: the mac and cheese, tomato soup, mediterranean sandwich, warm bowls and the accompanying potato chips are unmistakably panera bread. One thing to know is that, just like all panera breads, is that there is a limited amount of vegetarian options which is a bit disappointing.

The Waverly Panera isn’t bad, but it could be a lot better. When the food is not out of stock it’s delicious and timely, never a long wait. The inside of the restaurant is cozy and kitchen staff are friendly, though it is concerning they rely heavily on the self-order kiosks and hardly have anyone to greet you at the counter. This Panera is always out of stock of major food items. Sometimes it’s small things like blueberries or nuts to dress a specific salad, but recently they were out of lettuce for salads entirely. Today they’re out of bread. No French baguette bread in the entire store. Mac & Cheese is apparently sold out as well. Is inventory not being taken correctly? Does the manager not keep track of how much they’re going through?
